I stayed last night and decided to have an evening meal. That was a big mistake! It was 21.05 and the kitchen closed at 21.30 I was eventually served by the most miserable person I've ever encountered. I asked for the Lamb Shank but they were out of that which happens so I ordered a steak. She came back from the kitchen to tell me there wasn't enough time to cook it. Ok so what was left to eat? Burger. So I asked for cheese as an extra. Cheese,?? she asked, yes as in a 'cheese' burger. I'll have a roll and butter whilst I wait. Huh! It arrived with the burger! So to the bar to pay for the meal and a lime & soda. I was met by misery guys, I asked for a bottle of water and glass to take to the room and was presented with a small soda water. Unbelievable!!
