Premier Inn Uttoxeter

Clean room but kept awake by noisy extractor fan. The guaranteed good nights sleep didnt happen ! Very limited breakfast options but this is probably due to ongoing refurbishment of the restaurant

Worst premier inn I've ever stayed in. The room wasn't clean and we found rubbish from previous guests in the room in the lampshade and under the bed. Bathroom and sheets were not the freshest. The beds were so uncomfortable that myself and my husband didn't get a good night's sleep either night. I contacted premier inn who didn't uphold my request for a good night guarantee as they made me aware I'd have had to have made a complaint at reception rather than their customer services. They think the hotel would have been able to correct the issues however I don't think that would be the case as they wouldn't have moved rooms

Great stay after a trip to alton towers. Ladies on reception Lou and Amy were very friendly, accommodating and could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Top service. Only downside was lack of restaurant but lou and Amy yet again came up with alternative solutions

Stayed here after a long day at Alton towers, checked in by Amy & Lou who made us feel very welcome. They were in very high spirits and couldn’t do enough for us. The prem plus room was superb and even had a coffee machine which was great. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful one night stay, due to visiting Alton towers. We checked in Monday night by Amy & Lou and they were phenomenal Thankyou! I lost my room key and was promptly issued another with a smile, which goes a long way! I stayed in a premier plus room which was clean and enjoyed all the added extras! Thanks again for a clean and enjoyable stay :)

Really pleasantly surprised by my stay at Premier Inn Uttoxeter. The room was a great size and the bed extremely comfortable! Air con always appreciated! There were plenty of car parking spaces available too which is always a positive. The restaurant seems to be closed at the moment but that didn't have an impact on my stay. I must give a big shout out to Louise and Amy on reception who were so lovely. Having a really warm welcome - especially after a long day of travelling - is much appreicated. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about the local area (I asked about decent restaurants nearby and somewhere to get a new charger!) and they just made me feel extremely welcome. That makes a huge difference! 5 stars!
