Hotel Pandurang International

Everything is just ok. No wify. But nothing to complain either. Descent rooms and other facilities. Power outlets are far away from bed. Nice restaurant

It's a good hotel in a strategic location. It doesn't have its own restaurant and food choice is limited. The ac unit of our room was not up to the mark.

We had a horrible experience with their lift service, my wife was stuck in lift for almost 45 mins without any help from their employees. Employees doesn't even know how to open the lift dors on emergency and they were so careless without even thinking about the situation of the person stuck there, finally owner of the hotel had to come and open the stuck lift door. With all the struggle we had to pull my wife out of lift. Being a native person, i wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. They should fix basic things first. Lift/generator/drinking water are the basic things somebody expect in hotel. They have pathetic customer service, their helpdesk is utter waste, they don't know the basics drills. he was neither cared about someone's life. They need to train their workers and fix the basics needs like lift/generator/drinking water.

I cancel-led my booking but never received any sms or email from mmt. I never stayed in this hotel. Still they deducted my money and not agreeing to refund. At the end asking for review for my completed stay. Make my trip is saying hotel must agree to refund and hotel is saying mm t must do the refund. In the end even after cancel-ling i never received my refund. Very bad hotel account staff and mm t not taking action against the hotel to get refund

Location is good on highway and near city attached restaurants serves good food. Neat and clean place and value for money

There was no regulator for fan. Bedsheets having stains.
