Resort was too good we enjoy everything especially the staff was pleasant and helpful specially ramkan , sadam & saikant help us . Food was too good. We celebrate birthday so hotel provide decoration and cake that also we loved it. Thank you all staff members all are good

Great staff specially for food.They all went out of their way to serve us. Very humble and efficient. Would.like to mention Gladmon, Valenke Roosevelt, Staron, Shawn, Jolean & Rama. They can work on the cleanliness of the room, we had less than unexpected experience of unclean room and dirty linen but they corrected it promptly. Would recommend this place for the outdoor, closeness to beach and great food.

Amazing resort and food .. Outstanding service by Stanley , Ramu , Mithun , Gladmon , Mark , Santanu and Joelan .. already planning my next visit here super soon . best part is that it’s one of the few premium resorts that’s also pet friendly !!!

Booked hotel planet Hollywood through agoda for two nights. Nightmare started right after check-in as washrooms in both rooms were stinking.Reported the matter to front desk and they immediately sent housekeeping to get it cleaned. But despite their best efforts problem persisted.Asked for cancellation of second night as it's very difficult to stay in such dingy place to which hotel manager curtly refused. So if someone books a bad hotel,he is simply stuck. Do not book a bad hotel to not getting stuck. Attitude of staff is not oriented to problem solving. Nobody bothers or cares.Breakfast buffet was basic and very average. Overall property is low on cleanliness. Approach road is full of potholes and gives feel of off roading. Not recommended for families. Adventure enthusiasts may still venture to find out what it takes for a five star property to fail.

Aroj, Prince, Abhishek Seema, Saddaf, Mark, Saddam, Amit Mishra, Samuel, Amit, Altaf, Manmunish, Yadhoda, Meenashkshi, Monish, Meghan, Pinky, Neha. so many of them were extremely cordial helpful Throughout. Jabina and Mandira from the Spa were exceptionally good. Kudos to them.. everyone made our stay easy and comfortable. Hospitality of this place at is par. We loved how the way staff was always on their toes to help us out with 2 small kids. Special mention to all the staff at planet daily restaurant super server by them. Must visit place. Keep up the great service and good vibes. Cheers

We all friends planned for a get together at Planet Hollywood Goa . We enjoy the stay . Food was amazing. Staff was very friendly and professional. Subha from FO helped us . We will definitely vist this place agian highly recommend to my friends and family

Been to this place on solo bike ride to Karnataka. Stayed there for a night. The resort is very serene. I felt relaxed walking around their garden. The beach side restaurant serves awesome food. Must visit resort. Best one for solo visit. Excellent place

Beach paradise. Extremely welcoming staffs. I loved their Heart bar. Very efficient team did managed all my food requirements. Special mention to karl. Francis from the cleaning team was excellent. He ***** with other boys kept my room very neat. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return during monsoon.

Wonderful hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. The pool is stunning, cleaned every day. Lovely room. Over looking the pool Walk through the hotel gardens to the sandy beach. This time of year it was beach quiet. Buffet food good. The ala cart menu also good and chief is happy to suggest something nice. Staff Yasodha Nupurl Mithun and Karl just to name a few were happy make our holiday wonderful. Great gym and Spa.
