This is our second time to stay in the hotel. The condition of the hotel is even better than last time as their renovations are almost done. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows are very comfy and all of us have a good night sleep. Receptions were very friendly and helpful. Bk was better than last time as they added more items. This hotel is always our first choice when we visit Michigan.

I didn't know they would charge me $250 for the night until I was already in my room. I had bought the room a week in advance. Usually ******* or the website says something before that. I'm out of $250 for a few days now. I understand a fee for damages and all that but $250 is ridiculous. I don't plan on staying at another Comfort Inn.

The property is under construction, so not the normal breakfast. One thing unusual, that I don’t like: the king bed rooms, and some of the double queens don’t have walls between the bedroom and the bathroom. Carefully check the pictures. There is just a curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom. That means all the bathroom noises and lights will come right through to the bedroom.

We were in town for a funeral and got stuck in traffic during a snow storm so when my elderly mother and I arrived at the Utica MI Comfort inn we just wanted to get some rest woke up to use the bathroom toilet broke and the whole room was filthy 👎😠

Arrived with business associate. Booked 2 bed standard room through *******. Arrived was told I booked a jacuzzi room. I was stuck with room bc they had no other room available I was told. I had to find another hotel for my associate since there was no walls around the bathroom. The hotel is also under construction and not mentioned on ******* or hotel. Breakfast was bagel served in a makeshift room the size of a closet Fridge microwave and coffee maker in room didn’t work. There was no power to the “amenities “.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars in everything, the only thing we weren't happy about was the bathroom set up. It has a Jacuzzi tub, but it was open into the bedroom area. There was no wall between the bathroom and main bed area, just a curtain on both sides of the tub. It felt like there was zero privacy while you were in the bathroom because all that separates you was a thin shower curtain. You might as well just have the toilet beside your bed!

The property was clean however it is outdated. With that said the hotel is under renovations. There is a 250.00 dollar hold which I also found quite high for the hotel. Overall the hotel was good for the price

The staff here is the best I’ve seen in 30 years of business travel. So polite and caring. I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Room was very nice and much better than I expected. Great breakfast!
