Wow, I love and miss great hostel for beautiful views of sea 🌊 and mountains ⛰️, wonderfully bigger heavy breakfast with good quality breads 🍞 👌 ❤️ 👏, great warm room and they helped me disability. I will be re-booking hostel in November again.

Bit far from town centre. Not the cleanest. But cheap and good breakfast.

A me è piaciuto molto. Sono stato qui 9 notti e mi è sembrato un ottimo punto di appoggio. Il personale è gentilissimo. La colazione è inclusa. Qui, inoltre, avrai l'opportunità di conoscere gente proveniente da tutto il mondo. Consiglio assolutamente.

I never bother leave to review but have to Bed bugs and they didn't care even tell the other people in the room spent the night in the kitchen freezing . Place is falling apart .staff were grumpy old locals Pictures are from long time ago. Long walk uphill from the main center.changed hostel to Yaghan..much better.

Bed Buggs. And they didn't tell the other people in the room. I told a staff member that night and they moved me out of the room but the next day they moved somebody else into the room and left the people that were in the room there they did not tell anybody else I had to sleep in the kitchen the next day I slept on a couch .photos are not accurate .Place is ready for a renovation Badly.

Hermoso lugar, habitación familiar confortable, buena calefacción, agua caliente, ropa de cama y toallas. Desde nuestra habitación terminamos una hermosa vista al canal. Dispone de cocina de uso común completa. Cerca de kioscos y almacenes. Excelente atención de Hugo y Gustavo! La señora y el señor que sirven el desayuno también son super amables. Recomiendan excursiones y facilitan servicio de pedidos de taxis. Sin dudas volvería.

Los 2 nombres que no te podes olvidar Hugo (recepcion) y Gustavo. Amigables, te ayudan con todo, te recomiendan todo Nos hospedamos en la habitacion 10 cama doble con baño privado, una vista increible del canal (recomiendo pidan esa gabitacion). Desayuno agradable, siempre en compania de gente nueva. Hugo no tuvo drama de lavarnos la ropa, un genio, servicial para todo. Gustavo es el que te va a decir la posta de lo que tenes que hacer, te va a dar los tips para pasarla genial. Volveria siempre

Linda estadía! 4 noches en habitación con baño privado. Buena calefacción, baño completo y perfecto funcionamiento de las instalaciones. Buen estado de la habitación, línea blanca y TV. Buen desayuno! Todo bien en limpieza y orden. Atención cálida del personal. Y además, la suerte de haber compartido las áreas comunes con otros huéspedes igual de amables! Excelente experiencia.

Me asignaron una cama que estaba llena de chinches. Luego, me cambie a otra de la misma habitación y también estaba llena de chinches. Volví repleta de picaduras. Un horror, no se podía dormir ahí. Desde la recepción que iban a desinfectar, pero la habitación siguió en las mismas condiciones. Ni osaron en ofrecerme una solución.

Buen lugar, buena atención Muy amables quienes están en la recepción como así en la cocina Siempre predispuestos. El hostel está a 800 mts del centro pero bien vale la caminata para ir y venir, instalaciones óptimas
