Even though the hotel personnel was extremely friendly and kind, the exceptional rate led me to choose this hotel, but it was quite disappointing. The breakfast was far below the expectation (and pictures shown on the website). But it was very clean.

Hotel simples mas com boa acomodação, quartos reformados com excelente cama. O que deixa a desejar é o banheiro..pequeno com duchas antigas que dispersa a água por todos os lados e o aquecedor não é suficiente no final do dia. Café da manhã muito bem servido.

Tivemos problemas com o pouco aquecimento da água do Apto. 317 nos dois primeiros dias. Quando reclamamos no sábado a noite, embora a portaria tenha nos dito que estava na temperatura máxima, melhorou.
A TV também não teve um funcionamento perfeito.

Hotel com um custo beneficio apropriado para o que se oferece. Estão passando por reforma para oferecer melhores condições aos hospedes. Café da manhã bom. Localização boa para quem quer ir a Libres de Taxi.

A cama esta muito ruim. O hotel está passando por obras. Contudo, agua quente não funcionou. Deveriam avisar na entrada que precisaria de processo manual. Descabido precisar avisar se vai usar agua ou não, devido a caldeira.

Nem consegui me hospedar. O quarto tinha uma TV que não pegava canal nenhum (nem os abertos) e a Internet não funcionava. Um funcionário veio tentar arrumar, sem sucesso. Não me ofereceram outro quarto. Então desisti de ficar. E pra desistir, me cobraram uma "taxa" de R$ 187. Que tal essa cobrança e nem tirar o sapato no hotel?
