It's an amazingly designed and maintained hotel with delicate garden, and beautiful interior decoration. My balcony facing the Andes mountain, the view is unforgettable. The stuff are all kind and hardworking, they have sincere manner which make the memory of the stay very warm. The food is very good, strongly recommend their own brand salad, "Suno" as I remember. That's one of the best fresh tasty salad I've ever had. Couldn't believe for laundry 1kg of cloth cost only 6 soles, efficiently brought back to my room in time.

This hotel is one of those wonderful places which is out of this world because of its location. It’s in the middle of the sacred valley with nothing else around you except for the magnificent mountains the Andes. At night all you see is the stars and the Milky Way. It was the highlight of our week tour in the sacred valley and it’s a short walk through the countryside to the gorgeous urubamba river. It has a lovely restaurant and spa and the rooms are warm and spacious. Lots of coca tea to help with the altitude and wonderful staff. The landscaping of the hotel with little houses and a weaver and bonfire and pond is gorgeous. A real place to unwind and be with nature.

The hotel itself is lovely and couple with your staff, our stay was perfect!! Your staff are unbelievably helpful. An instance when our scheduled tour, with a tour company, didn’t materialize, they gave us options to still do the tour with the help of the hotel staff!! They are the reason why our stay in Tierra Viva was perfect!! Great job and most of all great staff!!! Thanks a million!!!

Perfect little Oasis in Sacred Valley. This was the most difficult part of my planning to Lima/Machu Picchu, but once we arrived the staff was so helpful. We ate right away in their restaurant, which is fabulous. The staff arranged for a taxi to the nearby town of Urubamba and a car-hire for the whole day to see the nearby sights. The room was great and the shower has the best water pressure anywhere. No complaints, all went perfectly.

This is a very nice hotel. The grounds are lovely with lots of flowering plants. The food at the restaurant was good and pisco sour was excellent. The staff was very nice as well! The shower was great with good water pressure and bed was comfortable. There's not much in the town, but you have all you need at the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Machu Pichu. Beautiful area and grounds. Rooms are spacious,we had a balcony.We didn’t spend much time here,but beds were comfortable,shower pressure was great. The restaurant was very good and prices very reasonable. Breakfast was included and was adequate.They have a filtered water station to refill water bottles which was very convenient. Staff were great especially in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The Tierra Viva is a hidden gem in Cusco. Beautiful location and beautiful grounds. Staff were great and very friendly. Restaurant was very good and had great drinks. The lobby is very nice with a fireplace. Would highly recommend, it’s very secluded away from everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tierra Viva! The grounds were beautiful filled with plants and different spaces to relax and gather. The hotel staff was very very helpful in organizing transports to our next destination, a guided tour of the Sacred Valley, and accommodating our luggage storage needs. Very impressed and would love to return or to one of the sister hotels soon. Thank you!

The hotel was located a little remote area, but the scenery was great with surrounded mountains. The garden was beautiful and outdoor set up was impressive. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would choose this hotel again for the Machu Pichu trip in the future.
