This is the best hotel I stayed at in the Cusco region and it was the cheapest. If I had known about its quality, I would have stayed longer. Urubamba is a wonderful location I explore the valley (2-3 days) with one colectivo ride away to all key sights.
Breakfast was great (except the cold coffee).
Here are suggestions for improvement:
1 towel hangers should be installed in then bathroom;
2 the front desk should be staffed more frequently in the evening;
3 put a lock on where you keep luggage.
Just some minor points but I think overall this hotel has great potential.

Excellent service and sympathy especially for Nataly Silva who welcomed me with a smile and good energy. I stayed for one night and it was great. The hotel is located central, close to the restaurants and the main square. Rooms are spacious and very comfy.

Really nice hotel! People were nice and tried to help wherever they could. The room was really spacious and the shower was big and had good water pressure! The hotel is near the main market and near the church of urubamba.

Super neues Hotel in bester Lage. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Whirlpool was echt entspannt war. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte bequeme Betten und einen Balkon mit super Ausblick. Das Frühstück war auch gut mit Omelette, flache Semmel, Wurst/Käse/Müsli,Obst,Tee/Kaffee das alles an den Tusch gebracht wurde. Der Ausblick im 8ten Stock war sehr schön. Die Dachterrasse im 9ten Stock war hervorragend. Ind natürlich ist Nataly zu erwähnen. Sie war sooooo nett. Vielen lieben Dank hierfür. Samstag muss man wissen, dass drunter eine Disco ist und es sehr laut werden kann.

Buena recepción, cuarto con linda vista, agua caliente y cama cómoda. Desayuno un poco desorganizado, la atención de los chicos fue excelente, Emilia fue muy agradable y hasta me recomendó y me guió a unos cafés muy buenos en el área. Regresaría sin duda.

Mi reciente estadía en hotel fue una experiencia que superó mis expectativas. El hotel es perfecto, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. Sumado que tiene una vista hermosa al valle. La ubicación es inmejorable para recorrer todo el día y volver a descansar. Lo más notable de mi tiempo en el hotel fue el personal excepcional. Desde el equipo de recepción hasta el personal de limpieza y el equipo de comida. Todos demostraron un nivel de compromiso y atención al cliente que va más allá de lo esperado. En particular, quiero destacar el excelente servicio que recibí de Emilia, del equipo de recepción. Estuvo atenta a todo y se aseguró de que cada detalle de mi estadía estuviera perfectamente cuidado. Su conocimiento sobre la zona y su disposición para ayudar siempre hicieron que mi viaje fuera aún más enriquecedor. Definitivamente volveré pronto, saludos desde Argentina!

Bien ubicado para conocer el valle sagrado y buena relación precio-calidad. El staff es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Está cerca de la plaza de armas y buenos locales alrededor. En el hotel te ayudan a coordinar traslados dentro del valle. El desayuno podría ser mejor.
