Love the Disney theme throughout the hotel. It was very convenient to get to both Disneyland and Disney Sea, although it was about 20 mins away. There was no early entry into Disney Sea. Otherwise, it was pleasant stay.

ディズニーオフシャルホテル最高でした！
ディズニーのアメニティやホテルロビーの可愛いミニーちゃんやソファーなとホテルのスタッフの方も丁寧でさすがと感動でした！
東京ディズニーリゾートまでのバス無料であり電車でホテルへ行くのにも便利でした！
舞浜駅のディズニーストアボンボヤージュから荷物をホテルに届けてくれる有料サービスもあり便利でした。
ホテルのチェックイン前に大きな荷物を預けて1日目もゆっくり楽しめました。
他のオフシャルホテルと比べるとバスで20分という距離が遠くも感じましたがお値段的なコストパフォーマンスも良かったのでファミリーなどでの利用におすすめです。
何より素晴らしいのがハッピーエントリーが利用出来た事です！ディズニーランドのみですが１５分前に入れたので朝のうちに乗りたい乗り物に全部乗れちゃいました。
これだけでももととれるなと感動でした！ぜひおすすめです🤎
子供のパジャマや歯ブラシスリッパもあり息子は大興奮でした🏰

フロントスタッフの方の対応が良かったです。ホテルも綺麗で、アメニティなども充分でした。また使いたいです。

We stayed on the wish side. There’s a cute little garden area with characters lit up. The lobby has a cute set up with displays and tea cup seats and area for kids to watch movies while checking in. There is no place to eat lunch or dinner but there is a breakfast cafe with mediocre food choices. It’s not included with the room so it’s a pay separate thing using a machine cash only btw. The best was the egg salad coffee and corn soup. Love the shuttle service, always on time and convenient. Room service comes in everyday. Sweetest cast members. They do have a convenient store with all kinds of food snacks and other stuff but m, no medicine sold though. We felt a cold coming on so that would’ve been helpful.

If u wanted to experience Disney magic but don't have much to spend, can consider this hotel. Rooms were expectedly small & kinda dated, breakfast cheap and there's a convenience shop within the hotel. Plus point: the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel and there is free shuttle bus provided to Disneyland, Disneysea

Late flight arrived after midnight to locked main doors with tired kids in tow and in winter. After quite a long check in (oblivious to kids) we got into the room, after 1am Japan time. Room is tight if more than 1 luggage with zero wardrode space but guess this is Disney's "budget hotel". Functional otherwise and comfortable enough for good nights sleep. Breakfast was a disaster, the queues unbelievable. Never stayed at a hotel where the seating capacity certainly is a serious miscalculation to the size of hotel and considering everyone staying here are wanting an efficient breakfast to head to the theme parks, this is terribly managed. This hotel also has zero means of commuication (no email, no facebook messenger) so if you want to make any booking changes you have to risk a call to which all hotel staff english is very very limited. Maybe they are so full there isnt drive to improve.

theres a lawsons in the hotel, so if you want to buy snacks do not fret! the staff was very kind and the beds were comfy. the shower could be improved upon but the nice mural on the wall more than made up for it. its 20 minutes away from the park but theres busses every 15 to 20 minutes so as long as you’re up early you can still secure a good spot in line. 10/10 would visit again!

This is a good way to experience an official Disney Hotel without the high cost. There are twin complexes - one themed for Disneyland and one for DisneySea. This hotel still has Disney themed rooms (although not as elaborate as the main hotels), a Disney themed garden courtyard and lobby, shops etc. You can buy Disneyland tickets at the hotel. The biggest drawback is that the location is a 15-20 minute (free shuttle) ride away.
