Nice and clean room! Super cosy natura around the hotel. Friendly reception.

Room was spacious and clean, pool area was nice and bbq facilities were good. Only negative was the wifi didn’t work in our room m.

Wouldn’t recommend staying in the lake family rooms. Not suitable for a family so freaking small the room we stayed in everything was broken including the toilet. Very disappointing

Be careful when you book and double check your dates! Booked a room for the 15th only to be changed automatically to the 28th because they were full. Arrived at the venue on the 15th to be told they're fully booked the lady at reception was not very polite or helpful as I explained we live 1000km away and will not be here on the 28th. Would not cancel our booking as it was booked through Wotif. (First venue I've known that can not send a request back to the booking agent to cancel the booking) Contacted Wotif they said the venue will respond within 24hours never happened. Contacted them both again the lady on the phone was quite arrogant and did not care. Lesson learned and will never use them again.

Stayed overnight here, used to stay here back in 2009. We were disappointed with the state of the room which was very outdated and rundown. We had seen on the website that the rooms had been refurbished however unfortunately our room hadn't been. The shower glass had a huge crack through it, the door didn't close easily. The carpet had big black stains and the whole room could do with a fresh paint job. The positive was the King size bed which was very comfortable and we did have a good night's sleep. Other positive was wine glasses were supplied. We booked a month earlier but think we must have been in one of the most rundown rooms.

Awful. Very relieved we only stayed one night here. The floors are stained. The room definitely did not feel as clean as it should have. The bistro was also closed which was quite frustrating after getting off a near 9 hour bus. There is a huge sign at the front saying free WiFi yet you cannot get any WiFi in the rooms. The bed felt like it was covered in rubber and we found it uncomfortable at best. It’s such a shame because the people working there seemed lovely, but I would never stay here again.

If I could give it Zero stars, I would. Putrid rooms..black mould covered entrance door, mould in the ceiling and above all the beds, AC seemingly never had filters cleaned..dead spiders hanging from cornices. Yet, somehow, staff were adamant it was cleaned daily. Disgusting and has left me with a lung infection after 3 nights in this sad excuse for an establishment that expects guests to pay for 3rd world living standards.

My friends and I enjoy trivia night at the Kondari, enjoying a meal beforehand. A meal I have enjoyed since childhood is Lambs Fry and Bacon, and this one is took me back in time. The meat, vegetables and gravy were the perfect combination. For those who enjoy a meal of Offal, this meal is definitely ON.

The staff were courteous and polite, however if you want to stay for a couple of days don't book a family economy room. The room I had was drab. paint peeling off the walls, missing light covers, which were dusty and dirty. Sorry the room was just awful. I am sure the other rooms were far nicer., but I will never stay there again.

This would have to be the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. It advertises under the banner of "resort" but this is a misrepresentation. It would have been one of the filthiest & worst maintained establishments. Curtains were mouldy and falling off tracks with missing hooks. Large stains all throughout the carpet which was so filthy my socks were black from walking on it. Mugs to make coffee were dirty. The milk supplied was out of date by 4 months!!!! Microwave disgusting. No lightshades leaving open wiring exposed. Shower so disgusting I couldn't go in there. Cracked and chipped tiles & the smell from dirt & dust build-up was so overwhelming we couldn't sleep. I don't believe this hotel has had a proper clean in many many years, let alone a re vamp. Think very carefully before you book!

We have been there many times I even used to work for ALH .. this visit we were in the sports bar playing pool and a patron was yelling at the TV as he was watching horses or whatever .. the guy behind the counter .. tall and skinny one said 'wish he would stfu .. I have a headache' .. I don't know how long he has been there but it gave me a sour taste and not want to visit anymore .. I have worked in many pubs and you don't talk like that at all especially for the customers to hear.. also going up to the bar for drinks and I was the only one there the chick with red hair dodged me and went to serve the regulars first... customer service is out the window with these two

The rooms were very comfortable. Having a kitchen was great. The wifi was not very good, seems as if they need a booster to reach all the rooms. Car parking was a bit sparse but that was more to do with inconsiderate hotel guests. The hotel meals were great value and staff were very friendly
