They were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out we were a family traveling together, they upgraded our room to a family suite. The room was spotless, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were very nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was impressed by the outstanding customer service. From the reception to the breakfast team, the staff provided warm and friendly hospitality. Special thanks to Murahi, Rohitha, Mellon, George, and Joel for their excellent service and for making my stay feel like a 5-star experience. I look forward to returning for another stay!

The staff are lovely and helpful , room really clean. Breakfast area quite small and busy. Located in the motorway so nothing around unless your driving other than a petrol station that is walking distance , overall great hotel

This was bargain price accommodation. Very clean, helpful staff and nice size room with a great breakfast included. Marked down one star as WiFi was rubbish and no lift. Car park is an extra £3 a night so why not just add it to the price of the room?

We had a fantastic 4 night say here. We have never been to this Area before and we found the location perfect for us. All the staff were so friendly and approachable, always smiling and asking how we were. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean.Breakfast was a great standard and the breakfast area was kept very clean. We ate in hotel one night and we were very pleased with the service, the quality of the food and the time it took to be served. This was our first visit here but it won’t be our last.

The 2 gentlemen managing the front desk were friendly and always smiling, asking if everything is ok or they could help. They helped with my bags to and from my room, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast staff were cheerful and quick with service. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, good location only 7 miles from centre of Canterbury. Plenty of parking spaces, rooms are a good size and bed very comfortable. We ate in restaurant one evening, food was good, and the breakfast selection is great with nice fresh fruit too. The highlight of our stay was the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful. But we'd like to say a very special thanks to the young man Indi, he always stopped to chat, and made sure we had everything we needed. A true asset to the hotel, hopefully we will see you again on our next visit!

One of the best Holiday Inn express hotels we have stayed in, the service we received from checking in. Breakfast was outstanding, nothing was too.much trouble, polite and spoke to you, I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Canterbury

We were meant to stay for 4 nights but ended up paying the £30 early leave charge and stayed for 3 nights. This was mainly due to the room being too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in, we asked if we could move to a cooler room and told all rooms were like this, they didn’t have any air conditioning or heating controls in the room. We had to buy a lightweight fleece blanket to sleep under instead of their duvet as they also didn’t have any lighter duvets or leave us a spare sheet when asked, we also found the room to be very noisy all night and had to sleep with earphones in. There is also a very small warning sign in the bathroom, warning you about the door I didn’t see it until after I caught my fingers in it, I’d gone down for dinner and asked for some ice for my fingers. Dinner was ok as was breakfast not the best but also not the worst we’ve had. They had air conditioning on when we had dinner so we found the food got cold quickly. The stair carpet didn’t look very clean and had a funny smell, I found myself holding my breath in this area, we couldn’t quite but are finger on what the cause was but also found that something in the hotel room was effecting my asthma. Also had trouble with our door card and had to get it reactivated several times and each time took a couple attempts for it to work. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had stayed in a couple other hotels on our trip away, another being a holiday inn and these were by far better than our stay here, unfortunately we won’t be staying at this one again when we go to visit family in Canterbury.

Very cozy hotel and excellent location to explore Canterbury city center. The check in was quick and smoothless. Joel was very kind and professional helping us during our stay. Very comfortable and quiet room with a lovely view to the garden! I would definitely come back.

I stayed here for a couple of nights last week on business and really impressed. Great location on the A2 just outside Canterbury, large carpark which is £3 per night. Requested a high floor and that’s what I received, nice room, great sized TV and very quiet. Free breakfast and decent evening menu. All staff were professional and really friendly. This is my new hotel when working in the Kent area.
