Our family stay at Nujuma was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived by boat, we were greeted with genuine warmth and care that set the tone for an incredible experience. The resort is breathtaking — surrounded by crystal-clear waters, stunning architecture, and a deep sense of peace and privacy. The staff were truly outstanding. A special thank you to Ikbal from the kids’ club, who greeted us upon arrival with thoughtful gifts and a beautiful birthday surprise for our youngest son — including a cake and heartfelt celebration. When she learned my wife was expecting our third baby boy, she went above and beyond to write a handwritten card with three blue stars, a gesture we will never forget. Her kindness and sincerity made our stay deeply personal and meaningful. We would also like to thank Malitha, our personal helper, who was absolutely amazing — attentive, kind, and incredibly efficient. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfectly arranged and made the entire experience seamless. Ekaterina was also very kind and welcoming, adding to the resort’s warm and caring atmosphere. We had an amazing family time, from peaceful mornings to unforgettable sunsets in the pool. Every moment at Nujuma reflected true luxury combined with genuine human connection. Angelo in particular turned dining into an unforgettable experience. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. Our villa was returned to absolute perfection morning and evening, always spotless and serene. Most impressively, the staff as a whole predicted our needs before we even voiced them. Our spa day was equally unforgettable. The massage we received was beyond anything we have experienced before, truly the best massage of our lives, leaving us completely renewed. Were to start . this review is coming from a blessed solo traveler who gets to travel the world always with well known international brands and i rarely have the urge to review anything . I made a visit before to the maldives ritz carlton and for that experience i wanted to try the Nujuma reserve chasing the same feeling in a new setting and i spoil myself with these trips once i am very overwhelmed and stressed out and they have a way of making all that stress go away. the whole experience surpassed my expectations and going this detailed about the customers experience is fascinating. from the moment you step on that boat to the minute you are waved goodbye you are detached from the real world. the island is pure heaven with all those mangroves , crystal clear water, sandy white beaches , the coral reef nearby is pure magic. the stargazing circle at night with Mr. Habib it was truly magical the amount of passion and knowledge he delivers makes me wanting to learn more and more about it. The staff cant be more professional from the management team , to the najm Sojun who i believe is a true asset to the Nujuma he has gone above and beyond to ensure everything i need is met, the whole staff has a way to tailor little experiences to make you happy with small gestures . The Saudi Coffee everywhere , the welcome from Mr, Anas at the reading and cultural center let me say your energy is contagious it truly shows how passionate and welcoming you are, honestly Saudi hospitality at its best. The hand made book markers on my bed, the recipe card of my favorite drink, caps and water bottles when they see you roam around the island in the heat , a ginger drink because they saw me unwell in the restaurant they followed me with that drink to my room without me saying anything. Harish the most kind soul the whole team in charge of the restaurants i cant say enough. Diyah you are true najma. The galaxia center staff very informative and professional i had the most amazing experiences under water and Baya the professional diver who kept my panic attacks while diving under his calm control and demeanor. He has his own way of encouraging me under water and the excitements he made me feel when seeing all those wonders under the sea. The architecture of the property is out of this world the earthy feel of everything around you makes you calm and connected to nature. the villas are huge compared to the Maldives with separated living area and a good sized pool. i will be missing my morning walks , morning dips in the sea, morning small talks , the calm and the serene sunsets and the energy of the island life.
