Efficient check-in (-save for security guards at entrance), clean and complete facilities - would be helpful to have minimal cutlery .

I requested for room facing the Theme Park and I got it! We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, the apartment was huge and clean. No microwave or stove, only electric kettle. I would suggest to bring your own electric pan for light cooking. Dining area are available but no cutleries available, so please bring your own cutleries, plates, and bowl if you’re gonna order grabfood or other food delivery. This apartment is nearer to the Theme Park compared to The Lost World Hotel, and the view is indeed better than the hotel because it sits high and right next to the Theme Park. They also have their own huge pool and hot water pool. Security is good and strict, please wear proper swimming attire or jersey material to go for a swim. They also have a nice barbecue spot but you might want to call the property to book the area in advance. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is right next to lost world of tambun themepark. Room are all clean and the staff were helpful.
