Good is location. If you want hotel by the sea, then this is it. No other hotel offer such sea view and islands of Lae Lae. Bad points: Unfortunately the hotel is old and dirty. The lobby ceiling leaked, ac outlets are dirty. Room's cleanliness is average, chair and carpet are old and dirty. Bed sheets were a bit dirty. Everyday bath towels are smelly. No small towels for hand. Mininimum amenities. The breakfast spread is ok, fare of indonesian soto, mie ayam, various of nasi and chickens, egss, cakes fruits. The rooms is a bit damp, AC is average and noisy. Toom is thinly insulated, you can hear the noise from people talking at the alleys. Staff are friendly. This hotel should be 2 or 3 stars

Location is very strategic, near to pantai Losari and benteng Rotterdam. There's also some restaurant and cafe nearby. What the best is the restaurant, with sea view

The restaurant is very crowded and there are not enough types of food. We need a lot of waiting because there are not enough tables. It's very crowded because there are a lot of group guests

Cannot beat the location at the Northern end of Losari beach this hotel has remarkable view overlooking the largest port in eastern Indonesia and amazing sea view of smaller island in front, lots of resto nearby as well in house Gravity lounge on 20 th floor, breakfast has sumptuous spread and nice sea view, swimming pool has nice size as well aging facilities but still maintained

Good overall but check in took some Time as they didnt have non smoking room. Swimming pool is closed at 5pm due to ramadan month. Super nice buffet for ramadan

Too many people staying there. restaurant so many people very difficult to find the table. room .not so clean the pillow cover is dirty. special when i going to airport the hotel car asked us to get two car but actually 1 car is enough the end i said i call grab than there use 1 car for us. anywere just two days staying.]
