No room service, no tea cetal, no cleaner, and very bad experience. No staff for take care of customers.

Parking, reception very good, cleanness average. Didn't have meal, as a short stay, so no comment on food.

Entrance, very dirty, staff not sufficient for reception, food service, good. Hotel is marriage purpose.

Overall good, but need to improve housekeeping. Staff is good. Start in side restaurant.

Hotel is far from temple and ujjain railway station. Bathroom fittings like tap, jet spray were on pathetic conditions. Rooms were not clean. No restaurant is available in this hotel, still they take booking with complementary breakfast. I was served a sandwich and a cup of tea after following up for an hour. Bathroom door latch was broken.

Rooms are very clean and staff is very co-operating. We stayed for 2 days. Gourav sitalni made our first anniversary more memorable by helping us and getting around the city. Felt happy choosing hotel shiv palace. Highly recommended.

Hotel shiv palace exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay very enjoyable. The room was lavish, with excellent ventilation and a perfectly functioning ac, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably maintained, and the price was very reasonable for the quality provided. Highly recommend hotel shiv palace for a perfect stay!
