Facility is still upcoming it seems. They advertise as a family resort but no activities or entertainment facilities except gondola as included in the stay. There is a small game room with a pool table, fuse ball and air hockey and guess what they charge for each game :d. Zip line, archery and a magic carpet are other paid activities. For the kind of charges, we expected more engagement for kids. Food is good but expensive. Staff is nice and helpful.

Property is not less than five star. Great location and neatly done. A bit expensive but worth it. Rooms are just wow! the best one in patnitop.

The stay is pretty good and the environment and view are just amazing. There are lots of adventurous activities. It is a must try experience.

it was one of the best property not in patnitop ( just few kms away from the patnitop ) , but the view and things to do at place is just awesome.

The stay at property was outstanding. Nature lover should visit and enjoy the activities like zipline, tubing etc.

Nice rooms. Good and cooperative staff. A lot of adventure activities are there. This is very nice and good to stay here.

Great place. Fenced perimeter. Clean, well kept, tastefully decorated rooms. Very well behaved staff. Only problem? - it is a dry property, no bar license. Although one can bring one’s own liquor for consumption.

Stayed in the mountain view suite of the resort with family. Very good room with excellent facilities and compliant staff. Although carts are available at the resort to ferry the residents, these rooms are at a steep gradient and difficult to navigate on foot if you are on the other side of age. Food was good and the recreation area - especially the gondola rides which were unlimitedly provided on our package - was an ethereal experience. Staff is superb. Mr. Bijan looked into all details of our stay and made it special.
