The General Manager of the Hotel Mr Durga Khadaka leads a very efficient and courteous team from all concerned departments who go all out to please the guests in all possible ways . Rooms with great views of Trikuta mountains that house the famed Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine provided with comfortable beds and all needed amenities , and varied vegetarian menu at the buffet breakfast in Citrus restaurant serving delicious food to kick off the day with a happy frame of mind . As a frequent flyer with over 50 years of travel and dining experience worldwide , I have no hesitation in recommending visitors stay at this strategically located property . The management was exceptional, particularly Mr. Sunil Hk,Hamid whose kindness and helpful nature were truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel itself was outstanding, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth . Everytime where you visit this property you are welcomed by warm smiles of the staff makes you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast & specially dosa’s are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. I would like to express my gratitude to mr. mukesh sharma, mr. Sunil sharma, sarika,Mohd Rayazak, All front office team and house keeping team for taking care during my stay. Apart from them i would like to appreciate efforts of the person (Not able to remember the name) he was from house, he came in the morning for the service. I think the name was Hameed Mr ravi from travel desk, he shown his great hospitality, dropped me at market and also arranged a cab for to reach somewhere, big thanks to him, he is a asset for the hotel, I cannot forget all the favours and support all have given to make my trip a memorable received Excellent Service. This is one of my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Excellent staff members especially Mr. Angraz , took care for Meals and stay. It's people like them that our time becomes fun and relaxing. Thank you Sir Angraz Rakesh ji. Room no. 412 was clean. Food was delicious. Service was good. Will recommend stay to everyone.

I Was Here On 19th May With My Wife For One Night Stay During Vaishnofevi Mata Ji Darshan Trip. My Overall Stay Was Very Good, Very Clean Rooms And Good Staff With Big Smile, Special Thanks To Mr Mukesh Sharma Ji To Provide Me All Required Infor।ations, Also Arranged A Departure For Us To Heliped. I will Recmond This Hotel To All And Next Time Again When I Am Going, Will Choose Hotel Lemon Tree In Katra.

The staff of the breakfast was very friendly Rahul and Angrej ..only issue I got the drain of the water in washroom..inspite of telling them 2 times it didn't get fix..overall the living experience ther was good..u can consider ths hotel as a good stay 😊

We have a wonderful stay in Lemon Tree. The staff is so professional and friendly.. Rooms are clean and they maintain hygiene. Our two days stay are amazing. I loved the food here. If you are a tea lover then do must try there ginger tea. Sahil Sharma served us food and he is very courteous. We would love to stay here again next year when we will visit to Vaishno Devi.

Overall it was excellent experience staying at this property. Especially thanks to Mr. Sakte (HK Manager) sunil hamid who is helpful to their guests every time,He was very kind,humble and supportive. All staff of Housekeeping were very polite and supportive. Very pleased with their timely services and attitude.I will definitely like to visit again.
