I'm really very happy with my experience in this Hotel.. Rooms are big... Staff is very friendly and cooperative... The hotel has swimming pool and is clean.. Food is good.. Rates are reasonable for Hotel as well as food

Good set up but lacks professionalism, the bedsheets were dirty though were changed on request. No drinking water in the room and was brought again on request. Overall there was a lack of system and method. the restaurant was active and prompt and food fairly good.

The plate had been lying outside the bride suite room number 108 for more than 48 hours, and the main hall had not been cleaned despite multiple requests, even after the wedding ceremony had concluded. The fan on the main centre hall stage is not working. There is no service, and there are a lot of mosquitos, which you must deal with on your own. We stayed from May 2nd to 4th and had a dreadful experience.

Pathetic services, charging for milk,water bottles, serving unwashed cups, terrible dining area, stinky beds and washrooms. Please do not book this hotel for any family function. No house keeping services available here. Nobody picked up the calls at night during emergency . Very careless attitude towards guest.
