Terrible experience. I messaged them 5 times and emailed then twice asking if they could organise a safari for me but never heard from them. So I booked my own safari. Then I rang them the night before to change my arrival time, and they told me to cancel my booking with them because I hadn't booked a safari with them. Not the best operator in town. Also I have since learnt from other operators they get offer cheap accommodation but you pay $$$ for their safari.
