The hotel experience was nothing short of a FRAUD. Due to a technical issue, my payment was deducted twice, and while the reception staff—different individuals during the morning and evening shifts—both assured me that the payment would be reversed and that they would communicate with the third party, I left feeling skeptical. The room provided was on a high floor but lacked basic toiletries. The washroom reeked, and the large glass windows were covered in dust. Although the hotel’s online images presented a beautiful pool and a well-maintained building, the reality was disappointing. The lift was out of order, forcing me to take the stairs, and the pool was just for show—dirty and filled with flies and insects. Breakfast was less than impressive, with the staff offering a limited menu instead of a proper buffet. If the service had been outstanding, I might have overlooked these issues, but paying double the original amount for such a dreadful experience is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.

Staff are very cooperative and hotes environment is very good. An absolute gem! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, the food was exceptional, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend “One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It was a good experience stating in this hotel, food, services were good and all the staff member attended us very well, GM Mr. Raj is also very cooperative and his team is also very well, we shall come again, it's been a very pleasure being here
