My recent trip to udaipur was very special. We had an amazing stay at the leela palace udaipur. Very much satisfied with all the services and management of the hotel. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. Neha from staff support was very much helpful and caring. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel for udaipur visit.

The property is amazing and a must visit. View from our room was breathtaking. Appreciate the services hotel provides and made the best efforts to make our stay worth remembering. Special thanks to Madhav (our butler) who made sure all our needs are taken care of. Loved the hospitality.

Right from the moment you arrive at their private jetty you are met with the most polite and helpful staff. Their private electric boat takes you to the palace only to be greeted by 18-20 staff who surround you, shower you with rose petals take your Aarti and offer a welcome drink. You are assigned a personal butler who looks after you for your entire stay and responds to every need. The property is astoundingly beautiful and so well kept. The food is delectable. The chef came to us personally and asked us to request any dish that we prefer. This in addition to the regular buffet. The entire staff makes sure that you are treated like royalty. Our room was one with a lake view and balcony. It was superb. Staff Madhav, Abhishek, Gaurav, Shreyansh, Chef Vijay, Sudhanshu, Kaluji and Shivangi were exceptional.

Everything was exceptional. The music performance & groomer dance was really good. The entire staff were really friendly and supportive . I would recommend to stay in the lake view room. The view of the lake from our room was amazing. Thank you

Words would not be enough to share the experience and beauty of Leela Udaipur. Spacious room to idyllic lake view. Courteous staff and delicious food. What a warm petal shower welcome by Shivani and the team. Parthmesh let no stones unturned with his service and so many suprises. Made the whole stay so special and memorable. Our Room was an experience in itself with a view of pool, lake and city palace. Worth it. Shoutout to Arjun for serving mouth watering chaats. He was very well aware about our preferences. Chef Dipak and gaurav from his team at seesh mahal were so humble and friendly, taking good care of our appetite. Chef Rupak was no less when it comes to food and guest preferences. His personalised service is highly appreciated. Big thank you to kimberly for navigating us everytime when we lose path to our room. Housekeeping team was highly dedicated and hardworking. Even if something is required late midnight, team would be available on toes for the service. I just somewhere felt that crew is overstressed and tired. Probably because of working hours. Management should do something for betterment of the crew and their well being.

This is a great place to stay. The atmosphere of a palace but very contemporary. We had a room with a view at the palace. The boat ride to the jetty was always a pleasure. Swimming pool and gym was great. Breakfast is incredible and we enjoyed the excellent service of Anil.

Our butler, Mr. Kanishkraj from The Leela Palace Udaipur, orchestrated an absolutely unforgettable evening for our wedding anniversary. His attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring every aspect of the celebration was flawless. From the elegant table setting to the exquisite cake arranged by his team, ***** with a bottle of champagne and live hotel singers, Mr. Kanishkraj's dedication and professionalism shone through. He anticipated our needs before we even realized them, making us feel truly pampered and special. We can't thank him enough for creating a night that we will cherish forever. Highly recommended !!

The rooms are well spacious and property is well maintained Had dinner at Sheesh Mahal and the staff was really welcoming and professional. Pankaj, Gaurav, Anil and Shams gave us the best culinary experience They took care of our needs and were a great help and made our experience heavenly If at Udaipur this hotel is a must.!

Chef Deepak Kumar and servers Gurav and Kourpal were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service, and the atmosphere was phenomenal! I highly recommend this place, especially if you are celebrating an anniversary or a birthday. Even better, consider staying at the hotel. The rooms and views are top-notch, and the nighttime ambiance is incredibly romantic.

Amazing setting, breath taking view of the the lake palace, city palace and jag mandir palace. One of the most beautiful scene. The hotel is itself magical and one can wander in its gardens before getting to the table. The service was just 5 stars, special thanks to Gaurav Deepak who took good care of us.

While the standards of the Leela group of hotels are extremely high…if possible this property in its privileged position ***** Udaipur’s magnificent lakefront manages to surpass them. All access is by water and as you approach in a barq as royal as Cleopatra’s you are welcomed by live musicians, flower garlands and the snap team of butlers like Name of the people who were included Kanishk and Reshabh and are whisked to lodgings of otherworldly luxury and beauty - many with balconies and lake views. Under the able direction of Abhishek Manoj Singh, director of rooms, every detail is finely curated from having a button replaced to finding a nightly in-room amenity far beyond the ordinary. In my case it was a delicious cake decorated with the logo of my company! Unbelievable! A special mention also merited by the food and beverage outlets. The gorgeous Library Bar exudes the air of the Raj but updated with signature cocktails and a full range of locally sourced Indian scotches and gins. The setting of the specialty Indian restaurant, the Sheesh Majal, is as magnificent directly on the water, as the food itself. A beautiful spa and heard pool top of the offerings of this paradisal property.
