Oberoi does it again! Although the pictures on the web site look amazing, they do not do justice on how incredible this property actually is. It is stunning! When in India, we always try to stay with Oberoi as the experience from check in to check out is absolutely triple first class! Our 30th anniversary was celebrated in style and the attentive hotel staff always had a reminder for us at hand throughout our memorable stay. Special mentions go out to: Sakshi Singh (intern) - for helping my wife put on her sari on for dinner Akash - for making delicious drinks for us at the lakeside bar Kishan - our boat driver for taking us around the lake at sunset For those looking for an unforgettable stay in Udaipur - this is the one! Thanks Team Oberoi - you are incredible.

Excellent service and amicable staff. Food was of lesser quality than the local competitors and due to new recruits service was quite slow and haphazard. Very nice ambiance in all hotel restaurants. Beautiful upkeep of all gardens. Rooms are spectacular.

Absolutely stunning property with staff that makes sure you have the best possible stay. I would rate this hotel six stars if possible. Anticipate spending at least one whole day at the hotel to take advance of the amenities and beauty. I wish the hotel were closer to home so I could come back.

The Oberoi was an outstanding end to a couple week trip through Northern India. The level of detail and quality of service is unmatched - easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel grounds are immaculate and it’s the perfect place to relax for a day or just to wind down from a busy day exploring Udaipur. Accessibg the city via taxi/tuk tuk or boat was very easy and arriving to the hotel by boat was an incredibly special way to start our stay.

I've been lucky enough to go to some lovely hotels around the world and it's safe to say that the experience at The Oberoi Udaivilas is like no other. The epicentre of this experience is the staff. Whilst the location is truly breathtaking, it is the staff's friendliness, attentiveness and kindness that truly makes this experience. This in turn resonates into the whole hotel - the room, facilities, dining experience, and even turndown service all come with a thoughtful touch to make your stay extra special. It's a place where you feel like you can do anything and want for nothing. I chose Udaivilas as the dream destination to propose to my girlfriend. It required weeks of planning ***** with the exception team at Udaivilas and was made easy because of their experience and accommodating nature. From the arrival at airport, to the checkin everything was seamless and taken care of by the staff. The rooms (semi-pvt pool) were spacious and the semi-private pool was as good as a private pool and very well kept. Food was excellent (carbonara and grilled prawns are a must try). A special thanks to all the staff for making it memorable and shoutout to Rudra from the concierge team who took care of every single need and the chef and his team (Kolukho) who provided a curated 4 course meal for the special night. Will surely be back soon!

My stay at Oberoi Udaivilas was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I checked in, the staff made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities, including pool, kids activities were top-notch. Kids particularly enjoyed kids play area with Neemah which truly made my experience unique. The location was perfect for exploring birds nature outdoor games meditation. The service throughout was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate any requests It was a perfect retreat, and I can't wait to return!
