Staff attitude was very rude. On the day of my stay there was violence and riot and curfew was in effect, so a day before I canceled my reservation after talking to staff and they said welhen we get money from trip.com we will refund you, but that didn't happen, and charge me full price with taxes, even though I did not use service but still charge me taxes. When I complained, they said talk to trip.com, which didn't help. Finally, I lost my money and taxes and stay. They were saying it's not that bad here. You can come in curfew.

My experience was less than satisfactory. One of the major drawbacks was the sluggish room service, which took an exasperating 30-40 minutes just to deliver a simple water bottle or food order. Additionally, the quality of the food left much to be desired, as there was a persistent unpleasant odor of cooking oil emanating from every meal. Overall, the slow service and unpleasant food odors significantly detracted from my stay at the hotel.
