In the center of the old town, yet quiet, with a balcony in one of the oldest houses in Überlingen.
Ideal for everyone who wants to spend their vacation actively. You are in the central old town location, from which you can reach all amenities in a few minutes on foot. About three minutes to the promenade and boat docks.
Cafes, restaurants, shops, museum, city park and much more. are easily accessible on foot in a very short time. If you arrive by train, you have about 7 minutes walk to the apartment from our unique train station, which is located between two tunnels. There is no permanent parking.
Loading and unloading by car is not a problem. You can then park your car in the multi-storey car park, which is also only about 300 meters away, at a reasonable guest rate for the duration of your vacation. We would be happy to help you with the reservation. You probably won't need your car during this time. You will receive our EBC guest card, which you can use to reach all excursion destinations free of charge and conveniently from the nearby bus and train station. A bicycle rental is also only a few hundred meters away. Two lidos and our Bodenseetherme, located in the west and east of the city, can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. The ideal starting point for a wonderful holiday in Überlingen on Lake Constance.

Due to the past state horticultural show in 2021, Überlingen got a large shore park to the already longest promenade on the lake.

Wir können die Wohnung und Herrn Schorpp als Vermieter absolut weiterempfehlen. Absprachen zu An- und Abreise verliefen unkompliziert und haben hervorragend geklappt. Herr Schorpp hat alles bestens organisiert und erklärt, vor allem das Parken. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt und ist trotz der kleinen Größe optimal eingerichtet. Wir waren während der Hitzewelle da und die Wohnung war immer angenehm kühl. Schön war auch, dass wir die Koffer und sperrige Sachen in dem kleinen Abstellraum neben dem Balkon lagern konnten.

Perfektes „Paket“
Schöne kleine FeWo (ausreichend für zwei Reisende) mitten in der Überlinger Altstadt neben dem Münster.Wegen der Innenhoflage sehr ruhig. Kurze Wege in die bezaubernde Stadt oder an die belebte Uferpromenade.Sehr netter Vermieter und gute Kommunikation mit ihm.Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen!

Gute Erholung trotz schwierigenr Rahmenbedingungen
Herr Schorpp war ein aufmerksamer und verständnisvoller Vermieter. Durch einen Krankheitsfall in der Familie sind wir erst später angerreist. Auch die "Sommer-Hitze" war mit Ventilator und dem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick in den Hinterhof gut auszuhalte. Einfach Top-Lage in der Altstadt von Überlingen

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir waren 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt ideal in der Innenstadt und ist für 2 Personen ausreichend geeignet.Alles konnten wir auf kurzen Wegen zu Fuß erreichen. Der Vermieter war super nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.
