Thomas Hotel is Nice Hotel with the Nice location in Tyler downtown. The rtop is big and clean. Thomas Hotel is the only option for me .

3rd stay at Thomas Hotel in the last 2 months. Won’t ever stay again. Small, cute hotel right near downtown Tyler - but very noisy. Walls are paper thin and can hear TV’s from other rooms at all hours of the night. TV remotes even have stickers on them telling you to limit volume.

It can be a bit of a challenge to find somewhere interesting to stay when you are visiting the smaller cities in Texas, but if you are ever in the Tyler area and are looking for something different I highly recommend The Thomas. It's small, but right on the main square. Minimal staffing - everything done with codes that are sent prior to arrival. Mind you, I did have a small problem with my code when it came time to check in but it was very quickly resolved. I'll be back.

I highly recommend the Thomas Hotel! I found the staff to be very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating! The location was perfect for me as I had business in the downtown area. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was also impressed that they had developed relationships with the local restaurants and guests could order food without having to leave the hotel. I found the lobby area to be a great place for meetings. The Hotel was perfect for me and I will certainly stay here whenever I have business in Tyler!

New hotel in Tyler recommended by a local caterer, did not disappoint. In an old office building in downtown on the courthouse square. The rooms were clean and very modern with a minimalist look. Restaurant's and bars in close walking distance to the hotel. Staff was attentive, prompt and helpful with an early check-in requests, but a feel they are learning as they go with a new hotel..no complaints by us!! Downside: No onsite parking, but plenty of offsite available. No elevators. No sound insulation in the walls, they DO provide ear plugs!! Upside: Good location Nice upscale boutique hotel Light breakfast offering. Small bar lounge Would definitely stay again should our travels take us to Tyler, give them a look!!

What a beautiful, well-appointed place to stay in downtown Tyler! Walkable to several great restaurants, & the room had everything you could ask for & more. The arrival goodies & lobby breakfast were wonderful extras & we slept great as well.

What a bright spot to stay! I’m from Austin and was in Tyler for business. The Thomas exceeded all my expectations. It is quaint, modern, and friendly. The room is spacious and seems to be something that could handle a full week’s stay. Cute little Mexican place next door is actually rather legit. Couldn’t reccomend this more.
