You’ll also have a beach wagon to haul the provided beach chairs to the beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed to provide optimal sleep time each night. Each bedroom also has cable TV and an attached full bath. The master (on the top floor) also has a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing room with double sinks and a walk-in shower & toilet. The 2 front bedrooms (one on the top floor, one on the main floor) look out over the ocean, the old fort and the historic Tybee lighthouse. The living area is an open floor plan with comfortable seating for all and is furnished with a flat-screen TV. A pass through to the kitchen provides easy access to snacks. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a dining room table large enough to accommodate all. There is also a game table for various board games as well as for extra seating. The townhome has a large front porch and large top floor deck - great for viewing the ocean, ships, stars, sunrise, and the Tybeelighthouse. 3 parking spaces are available. As well as being right at the beach, the townhome is just steps away from the North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, the Historic Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven Museum.
