Twain Harte/Pinecrest/Sonora Vacation We love this home as it checks all the boxes we look for. Spacious kitchen, lots of counter space w/peninsula, very nice cabinetry. Dining area room for (7) at table & (2) bar stools at peninsula. Good size living room space w/high ceilings & fan. Two spacious leather couches with recliners plus a separate recliner chair for Dad. Good viewing for TV time. Laundry room has lots of counter space and cabinets & washer/dryer worked great. We also look for bedrooms with (3) beds that are either full, queen or king for the adults. This home had all (3) plus bunk beds for the kids. 2 1/2 baths kept us clean after wrapping up our beach days. Location is very quiet with nice neighbors, birds, lizards & squirrels! Modern living with a little dash of mountain life to spice things up! Our Hosts, John & Amy are the best! So accommodating, resourceful & quick to respond to my messages. Great space for 2 families We had a great time at Twain Harte Charmer. Host provided us with very good check in instructions. Place was very clean and equipped with a lot of toys and games for kids. The floorplan is perfect for 2 families of 4 each. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all kinds of utensils. We will definitely try to book it again on our next snow play trip.

Just what we needed The property was clean and cozy, perfect for our party of 3, plus 2 small dogs. The owners were wonderful and great with communication! No complaints-- it was a simple check in process for an extremely relaxing weekend. I look forward to my next Twain Hart getaway.
