Had a very pleasant stay at GRT Regency Tuticorin. This is our 2nd visit to the GRT. They remember us really well and made sure our stay was pleasant. Seamless check-in process. Thanks to Suganya and other members in reception who made the check-in process smooth. The rooms were clean, they made sure to clean it every day without fail and refill water bottles, toiletries etc... Kudos to the housekeeping team. Food at their restaurant was good. They had a nice spread of buffet for breakfast. Thanks to Suthan and other members at the restaurant to make sure that we get what we ordered on time. Cab and in room dining service was exceptionally good. Thanks to Kanagaraj and the GM for their customer friendly service and hospitality. It was lovely interacting with them and getting to know about the property and their service. Kudos to entire team for their love and hospitality. Cheers to everyone for making our stay pleasant and memorable 🎉🎊

One of the finest hotels that I have visited in 2025, the service that staff demonstrates in a small town like tuticorin it is commendable and the way customers are handled is really really heartwarming. Would love to visit the place again. The staff is really very helpful. Breakfast spread can be a little wider if possible to become good to great hotel but is absolutely fine currently and food is very very tasty and light. Timings of lunch should be from 11:30 rather than 12 as some people like me like to eat by 12:15… (personal choice). Overall a beautiful place with superb service.

I would like to thank the staff for their exemplary attitude and courtesy extended to make my stay a happy one...right from the security at the door Mr. Kennady to the Manager at the front desk. Keep up the good work!! Not to forget the good quality and choice of food / cuisine served at the restaurant!!
