We stopped for a night on our way to New Orleans. It wasn’t BAD…the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, but it definitely needs improvement. The floors are not carpet in the rooms. They’re some sort of vinyl planks and they weren’t really clean. I’m sure it’s impossible to keep everything off of them but you had to dust your feet off every time you climbed in the bed. There is NO ELEVATOR, which is awful when you have a bad back and large luggage. Carpet in hallways was stained. One of our towels was stained. Luckily we had three. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal or oa**eal. Nothing special. The price was decent for overnight, but I doubt we would stay again.

My room was decent but my jewelry came up missing, I’ve called and complained with no response. My watch, necklace, and bracelet all gone upon leaving Sunday morning. Went Saturday came back and things were gone. I keep calling and no response.

This hotel is newly renovated very clean quiet and the employees are what made my stay even more overwhelming. I will stay here every time I visit Tuscaloosa AL. Thank u for a wonderful stay.

Had an allergic reaction to the roaches and dust mites. The uncleanliness was over the top. The refrigerator was moldy. The front desk staff was supportive In getting assistance for my medical need. Staff was attentive and caring. I understand the hotel is going to be remodeled, I wish them the best.

You get what you pay for here and that is not all bad. Hotel is tired and decor has seen better days but what is there is clean and the staff is very welcoming. Overpaid for a football weekend but had a good experience.

This hotel is roach infested. I awoke to a roach crawling on me. The bathroom was dirty. I checked out earlier than planned because of these issues

Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. Side entrance smelled like urine. Hallway smelled like illegal *****. Room smelled like vets office. But it served its purpose considering the price…

This place needs to be torn down. The smell was horrible, the place is dirty, and the service wasn’t that great.

It storm during the night and the ceiling leaked by the window which stoked the sofa on that end of it. The toilet in our room ran constantly unless you wiggled the lever to flush it. This is a very noisy area so it was hard to stay asleep. The lady that checkef us in was very pleasant.
