What a great hotel! Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Great staff, great food and entertainment was on another level, No need to even leave the hotel resort. Probably my best stay in Turkey. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet hotel. Staff speak more English than I speak Turkish. Google translator solves the language barrier. Great selection of breakfast foods, Pembe Sultani is really nice. Great views of Turunc and the mountains. Room comfortable, Great power shower. Its a nice 10 minute walk to town and the beach.Will happily return to this hotel. Absolutely no complaints from me, I've been a very happy and relaxed guest.

Great hotel plenty facilities also great for children. Staff can't do enough for you, go the extra mile. Beautiful Hotel and very clean . Would defiantly stay here again when I return to Turkey

Lets have a good experiment here with my wife the employees were very friendly and interested the rooms were clean enough, I can say that the pool and the view is perfect. We hope to be here again next year with my wife.. thanks for everything.

It was my first holiday abroad with my partner. Turunc is a beautiful place with the most loving people. Unfortunately this was all ruined by this hotel! The staff could not speak English which made it extremely difficult when asking for advice or raising concerns. There was a wasp nest outside on the balcony. The bedroom was only cleaned once out of the 10 nights of us staying there. The only reason it was cleaned was because I had demanded new towels and toilet roll! The bathroom smelt like sewage and the fan didn't work properly making it feel suffocating when showering. The stairs were slippery and no warning signs were put out, causing me and my partner to slip numerous times. One night, I was woken up to police sirens outside the hotel, which I could only assume was complaints from the neighbours due to the music/noise the staff were making after midnight in the upstairs pool. I pre-paid for breakfast which on the website stated that it would be a buffet. I was shocked to find out that the only food offered was a Turkish breakfast that was over cooked and each day a different part of the breakfast was missing. Most days I didn't even get bread! In conclusion I would advise people not to book here. Extremely disappointing time away in such a beautiful place. I would NOT go back.

We had booked in for 10 days, during this time we were the only ones in the hotel making us feel uncomfortable, the staff couldn’t speak any English, so there was a barrier from arrival, our room was never cleaned during our stay, no clean bedding or towels , the toilet seat was broken for the duration, the pungent smell from the bathroom was nauseating, no WI FI, electrical cables just hanging loose, our balcony was constantly wet from the air conditioning, no buffet breakfast at all , we just got the same poor plate of rubbery food, only good thing was the bread ! The police woke us up one night as the staff were having a pool party and one of the neighbouring properties had called them for the noise they were making , Turunc is a beautiful unspoiled place with wonderful people who live there, just definitely would not stay in this hotel again!
