Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Wow this is one of the best hotels we have been to, all of the staff are very polite,helpful, and extremely efficient, customer service skills are amazing and they go out of their way to help. The food is amazing. There is more than plenty to choose from throughout the day. We would like to give a big shout out to our cleaner who surprised us with a heart and swans made out of towels and flowers and placed it on our bed. The cleaners are amazing. Also a big shout out for the Annimation team they are amazing, and they provide entertainment daily around the pool side they are fantastic with kids ,there are several activities throughout the day. The kids disco in the evening is great for them and team will get everyone involved. The variety of the evening shows are fantastic for adults they perform professionally they are all amazing.a big shout out also for the security staff on the barrier as you enter the hotel they are very polite and always give us a wave with a smile. Well done numa bay hotel would really recommend this hotel

I have had the best time at Numa Bay hotel. We have been here for 2 weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Dean at guest relations was so helpful, friendly and always around if you need to ask anything. If you have any problems at all Dean is the person to speak to. I have a nut allergy so he took me to meet the chefs and advised me what to do etc. All the chefs were very helpful and one even made me something different for dinner which I really appreciated. All staff at Numa Bay were friendly and made us all feel welcome and went above and beyond. There’s plenty of activities and entertainment for everyone to do and enjoy. The entertainment team are all so friendly and energetic, they have such good ideas for the evening entertainment for example the Moulin Rouge themed garden party. There is also plenty of drinks and food choices to choose from in the bars and restaurants. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel to stay at in Turkey than Numa Bay. I will definitely be back and will 100% recommend to anyone who is interested in visiting Turkey.

We spent 9 days at NUMA Bay Exclusive and honestly—it still didn’t feel like enough! From the very beginning, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and dedication to service were clear in everything they did. A special mention goes to Victor, who stood out with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. The SPA team—Denis, Natali, and Ani—made us feel truly special and pampered. Their professionalism and warmth created an unforgettable experience of relaxation and care. The entertainment team was simply outstanding! Huge compliments to Katia, Amir, Moni, and Johnny for keeping the energy up and smiles on everyone’s faces. They were always cheerful, approachable, and full of positive energy. You could really feel they care about every guest. And the food? It deserves Michelin stars. Every meal was a delight, beautifully presented and full of flavor. I even had the chance to shake the chef's hand—what an honor. Chapeau bas! This place is a gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is in great condition, everything is clean and well maintained. The territory is not very big – probably the only small downside – but it is green, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The food was very tasty and varied, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. But what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the Entertainment Team. Akin and Leo are absolutely fantastic! Every day they were full of energy, always smiling, joking, and spreading good vibes all around. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere – whether it’s games, shows, or just a casual chat with guests. It’s impossible not to smile around Akin and Leo – they make the whole atmosphere unforgettable. A big thanks from Ukraine – Akin and Leo, you guys are amazing!

Just returned from a 9 night holiday (Me, my husband, 14 year old and 6 year old). We had a lovely holiday overall, but there are a few things to be aware of. The pool areas are incredibly overcrowded and are just not big enough for the amount of guests. I know the hotel is having a major refurbishment next year so this may help the situation. Sunbed reserving us insane but we usually managed to find some left at 8.30 by the kids splash pool. The music and activities are very loud by the pool, which is fine but you can't escape it so be prepared! Bedrooms; (we stayed in a suite with a bedroom and separate sofa bed and a single bed in the lounge), this was spacious, clean, nice decor. Food; main restaurant is VERY busy, we ate in an area up some steps away from the main outside space and it was much calmer, cooler and enjoyable. Vegetarian food is very limited. Plenty of salads etc but I only had one hot dish during my stay and basically had salads (which were v good), plus chips or bread! The Vegetarian section was literally boiled vegetables, and sometimes even included meat! Food for non vegetarians is a little repetitive. Breakfast was fine but again repetitive each day. The Avenue snack bar by the main pool was not good. It was dark, dirty and in desperate need of a refurbishment..Food was fine but same every day. Waffles and the lady making them were great. Ali Baba by the beach was our favourite place for lunch but they need to sort out a better system for allocating tables, it was frustrating some days! Turkish pancakes were great. Drinks menu was extensive but quality wasn't great. No care taken in making cocktails etc. The hotel is right in the centre of the resort so really good for picking up some bargains! Many of the staff were lovely, all areas are clean and well kept. The toilets near the main pool were not very good, but they did their best to keep them clean. We ate in Ali Baba for our a la carte meal and it was a nice evening, food was OK. We have been spoilt by staying at some genuine 5 star resorts in Turkey over the past 10 years. Numa Bay is a 4 star. It is very family orientated, with lots of English, German, French, and Russian guests. If you are looking for a hotel with a busy vibe, lots going on, family friendly, then this is ideal. If you prefer a bit of space or quiet options, probably not for you!

Just returned from an amazing 10 days at Numa bay. The hotel does need updating which is happening next year but we had a brilliant time. I would say it’s more 3 star and the food is what you would expect from 3 star. We always found something to eat. Waffles and flat bread are worth the queue! Loads for the kids to do, entertainment staff especially Leo couldn’t do enough for you. Victor in reception is brilliant and helped us many times. We booked 2 trips through Eagle who you will find in reception. The green canyon safari and a boat trip both amazing! DO NOT GO TO THE LION ZOO!! Animals really not looked after and lions defo drugged for pictures….very sad place! Transfer is a pain but worth it. Will defo return x
