We just got back from a week at Numa bay exclusive hotel . We had a great week the hotel has everything you could want for a family holiday . Pool and slides were all really clean and kids loved the slides splash area which is really safe . The restaurants where all lovely we eat at all of them during our stay and was really impressed we was never hungry. My son loved the ice hot chocolate from the patisserie and free ice lolly’s which are located around the hotel during the day . Room was spacious and cleaned everyday . The beach area and beach bar area is beautiful our favourite place to chill with a cocktail (they are all made fresh in front of you and are really good ) Ali baba do delicious freshly cooked pizza which was lovely and there was fresh kebabs on our last day made in front of you . The kids loved the park area and the grounds of the hotel are really nice. This is a perfect hotel for a family we never spent a penny on eating out or drinking out as the hotel had everything you could want. We went on a boat trip the big kral which was good day out .Dean from guest relations was really friendly always come to see us and chatted to us also was really informative on where to go to book our boat trip and always made an effort to chat to the kids. We would definitely come back to this hotel it really made our stay in beautiful Alanya !

Very clean pools Beautiful beach and a variety of Turkish food for your selection. There are some friendly English speaking staff to help you throughout the stay. thank you Dean for all the information provided and bookings done for me. A very pleasant stay here and I recommend to everyone.

Myself and my boyfriend visited this hotel and stayed for 10 nights in October. From start to finish the staff could not of been more welcoming, they always had a friendly face to greet us with and always went the extra mile. Dean at guest relations was amazing with anything we needed help with, and made us at ease, especially about being in a different country. The Halloween party that the hotel threw was extraordinary. The attention to detail was far above average, making it an amazing night. The hotel was spotless, the food was amazing with a variety each night, including around the clock snack bars! Definitely recommend this hotel, whether it be for young families or couples. Amazing stay, and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday !!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We’ve enjoyed our stay so much. Our room was fantastic , we had a swim up room. The service has been outstanding, Dean especially was always on hand to help and make our stay wonderful. Also Victor who worked at the lobby bar is the best bar man and so attentive. We was here for Halloween and they put on a great party. All of the service team were amazing too, I feel like we was always looked after. I came with my 15 year old daughter and we both loved it. Also joes grill and Ali baba , the restaurant in the hotel were amazing. You also have a private beach just down the bottom. Just perfect!

1st family holiday in Turkey for a long time. We arrived early morning to 24hr check in and an upgraded room (Duplex swim up). Room: Absolutely brilliant! Plenty of room with good facilities and direct access to a semi private pool. Complex: The complex has direct access to the beach with plenty of pools with a couple being heated, at any point of the day we was able to get sun loungers with parasols. Kids pool is ideal with a few small slides and 40cm depth. The complex has 3 A la Carte restaurants which we had the luxury to try all 3 which are all amazing. The main restaurant and snack bars a fantastic and fresh waffles daily is a must! Overall the food is fantastic! Numa Bay Exclusive sits directly across the main gate for lots of shopping and bars down the street for sport. Staff and cleanliness: Just WOW the hotel is super clean all the time! Let's get onto the Staff, the staff are absolutely fantastic and unsung hero's of this complex, company and to the turkish all inclusive experience. Absolutely nothing is difficult for them and so helpful. Always smiling, extremely hard working and will do anything to give you the best holiday. A massive and personal THANK YOU to them all they are all equally brilliant and make a perfect team. 100% will be coming back we are already pricing up our next holiday here.

Nise hotel, rooms are good and clean, food super, personal friendly and allways whith smile. Location ok. We like it with mum. Wishes to Neringa relation, all reception stuff, Victor from lobby bar. It was great time and see u next autumn. Lina Lithuania

Had the best time, I love it here second time and we do plan to come back again next May. Nurettin and his team at the beach bar were amazing, we were really looked after by them all. The food, pools the beach and all the staff Dean in customer relations and Victor in the lobby bar were really friendly and kind. I have had the best time and I am really sad to be going home what more can I say, roll on next May

WiFi great Staff friendly and helpful Food monotonous and lacks variation Drinks are sub standard, especially cocktails and no non-alcoholic beers on site and request to get some turned down Beach shared with 2-3 other resorts do overcrowded and rocky underfoot

There is nothing I can fault about Numa bay, the hotel has everything you need from comfortable beds to incredible staff, Dean from the customer relations is great, any advise or help he’s your guy just don’t ask him how far the nearest public beach is!!!! Ebrau from the coffee shop is so friendly, these are just a few all the staff are wonderful and go out of there way to speak to you. The face of Numa has to be yuomos ( not sure if that’s spelt correctly) the guy from animation I can honestly say I will miss him, he works so hard and yet always finds time to stop and chat he really does care that your having a great time. The food is good, and recommended the beach cafe from 1 o clock each day burgers and pizzas are amazing. The excisions are well worth the money, Isaac seems to know exactly what you will like, we did four and everyone was really good. The jeep safari is a must providing you don’t mind being soaked to the bone and feeling like a child again, I haven’t laughed so much in a long time. This hotel and all that goes with it is incredible, not too big plenty of sun beds good choice of pools lovely little beach protected from the sometimes choppy sea, you will not be disappointed
