Both girls at the front desk were very friendly, they helped us with directions and restaurant recommendations. Always willing to help.

The location is fantastic. Finding the hotel was challenging, directions were not sufficient. Room was run down and a bit moldy. Bed was not very comfortable. Couch was stained. Rooms on the plaza are noisy most of the morning and evening. No effort made to give recommendations. Room not well stocked with basics like soap.

You are in the very centre of Turin, so a bit of noice is to be expected. The bed could have been better. All the rest was excellent.

Excellent location! Very spacious room and great view to the lively piazza. The front desk staff, Valentina and Camilla, were extremely gracious and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again when in Torino.

We were staying here as the last stop on our inter rail trip to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Out welcome was perfect we were given lots of information about where to see and go in Turin and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, it has the real wow factor. Two balconies overlooking the square- with its palace and museum, a kitchen with utensils, and just wonderful, beautiful decor - we loved the high ceiling and vintage finish. Extremely spacious room. The bathroom and attached dressing room were fantastic too. Perfectly placed in the centre of Turin and easy to get to and from train station and other transport. Highly recommend. We loved our stay here.

Great location, but impossible to drop your bags off if you are driving. There is a car park nearby.

The building is beautiful. The location is magnificent! But this is not a real hotel. They state that there is not a 24-hour receptionist. No kidding. There's almost never anyone here! My "deluxe" room has two awkward steps--one to the corridor, one to the bathroom. I fell three times last night, cut my leg badly, and there was no one to even tell me where I could find a farmacia. The hotel boasts a room with a balcony (which is covered with bird droppings). They promote bottled water in the room (but only on the first day). They state that there is air conditioning, but there is no remote! (The room was freezing last night (no heat and no duvet). My room was still not cleaned at 3 p.m. and there was no one anywhere to tell. They advertise satellite t.v.--well, maybe, but only in Italian. Not one channel in another language--and their clientele is international. Yes the location and the view are wonderful, but they don't help a lot when you're miserable in the actual room.

In real estate there is a saying, 'location, location, location'. This property knocks it out of the park. I knew very little about this property when I booked. I read some reviews, which were good, the price was good, and the pictures looked good. I was blown away when we arrived. Our Uber dropped us off next to the Piazza Castello and pointed us in a general direction. I missed the front door on my first pass, just because I didn't understand the addresses. Once, you know what you are looking for, it is easily marked. Before our arrival, the staff had been emailing us information and when we arrived had everything waiting for us. When I walked into our room, I was blown away. I kept expecting the staff to come in and say that we had entered the wrong room. Our room had two balconies with views of the Piazza which are simply amazing. There is a 17th or 18th century mural on the ceiling! The bathroom is quite modern, the room is neat and tidy, so what's wrong? You really have to think long and hard about that. To be honest, in my travels I have stayed in a larger room. Would I trade that for even one of my balconies? Not on your life. Remember what I said, it's all about location, location, location. What you are getting is a 5-star location, with a 5-star view, with a 5-star staff for nowhere near a 5-star price. I really can't say enough good things about this property. I found this place by luck. If I was going back, I would be fighting for a reservation.

Located in the center of Torino, next to the Royal Palace and main grand alley, great place!
