The only good is the location.
The room is reasonable for it’s size, but higly overpaid. Especially if you look to the condition it is in. The toilet seat is so old, it looks like it came from a student apartment. The remains of yellow all over it, clealy don’t come from how it was once purchased.
For the shower, it is small, dark and has a glass door that barely slides. The worst part is the water though, it just fills up.
The kind of kitchen they have, has some basic pans and plates. But the condition of the kitchen, well see the photos. Not a place to prepare your food.
For the view, if you like it or not, you’ll have it. Since there are no curtains! And there is only light coming in via the door, where you entered.
The promise of clean towels and bedsheets is not executed as promised during the booking. And although everything is paid upfront, they agressively demand you back in to have them check everything when checking out. So there is no quick checkout.
Al together; this is an overpriced and unprofessional location where you won’t see me again!

I liked how well maintained the building is. Modern and simple style with kitchenette. Beds and sheets were impecable. Staff very friendly.

It was a nice place to stay. It is a bedroom with a small kitchen. My only issues were with maintenance. The shower holder was broken, only one of the bulbs in the shaving mirror worked and most surfaces had a greasy feeling because of the kitchen and lack of good cleaning. Stay close to eat and drink, it's nicer and cheaper than heading for the centre.

The structure was ok bit about the cleanless i had a bad experience, towels have been change only 1 time out of 6 days, bed sheet never been changed. The cleaning of apartment was our duty, and is ok, but in all other hotel similar where i staid the changing of towel and bed sheet is done every 2 days ot three times by week.

Parto con il dire che c'era scritto e ci hanno detto che era possibile pagare all'arrivo ma qualche giorno prima ci arriva un avviso da eseguire un bonifico dell'importo del soggiorno. Chiamiamo e chiediamo spiegazioni e rispondono che se pagavamo in contanti all'arrivo ci ridavano i soldi del bonifico... ma che senso ha? Se subito ci dicevano questa cosa a noi sarebbe andato bene fare un bonifico subito ma nessuno ci ha informato... Del resto, apparte il letto matrimoniale a due piazze, colazione molto buona e un discreto soggiorno.

Dall’esterno non si capisce che è un residence; la vista dal cortile interno non è delle migliori, panni stesi, coperte, tovaglie, schiamazzi, urla; camere spaziose e pulite, molto comodo il terrazzo per beneficiare di un po’ d’aria torinese soprattutto alla sera, il bagno senza finestra non è il massimo e in più le camere non vengono pulite e sistemate ogni giorno dalla signora delle pulizie, cosa sulla quale non transigo; il condizionatore non funziona e seppure ci trovavamo ad aprile lo abbiamo testato perché volevamo essere sicuri che tutto funzionasse, ma non è stato così; alla sera si udivano schiamazzi e urla provenienti dai bar sottostanti fino alle quattro di notte; il campanello sulle porte era la cosa peggiore dell’hotel, sentivo ogni volta che le persone nella camera di fianco lo suonavano; colazione povera e cena pessima, il cibo della sera era immangiabile, si salva in extremis la cucina con le sei cameriere molto simpatiche e cordiali.

Santa Giulia è un b&b vicino.al centro di Torino ci sono case vacanza dotate du cucina. Il.soggiorno è stato piacevole. La camera ampia e confortevole. Non sono state cambiare le lenzuola vei tre giorni in cui.siamo.stati. bidet posizionato male attaccato quasi al termo.impianto.
