Really old facilities, especially in the room. The whole hotel is just old honestly. The staff was nice and helpful though. They helped me print something and let me store my luggage after check out!

I stayed here as part of a long weekend package to watch the Juventus vs Lazio football match. The trams outside the hotel are invaluable as they take you directly to the stadium and back (20 minute ride and 10 minute walk on tram 3) and also the tourist area of Plaza Castello in the opposite direction (tram 16 and a quick walk through the park). The hotel looks a little dated for a four star hotel but the staff are friendly, informative and professional. I can not fault the reception staff at all. Likewise, the breakfast carries everything you would expect from a continental breakfast and more! Such a huge choice you will not go hungry.. There is also a lovely little cafeteria on the corner outside to the left. Not so good was the room. I was given a room on the 6th floor (top) possibly as an afterthought as I was a solo traveller. The bathroom in particular was small and crammed to the point that the toilet was unusable for a larger person to site on. The shower was tiny with a poor flow of water. Again, not good for the larger person. Overall, good service but please inspect your room first.

Maybe not exactly a 4-star hotel, but a good 3 (which is fine, because the price is in 3-star range). Location is ok, a bit outside of city centre, but with a tram station in front of it. They have their own parking, which is a big plus (it's charged extra, but still cheaper than any public parking). Rooms are clean and comfortable, could maybe use a bit of maintenance (for example handles on doors and window blinds). Classic breakfast, tasty and with enough choice. But my special praise goes to hotel staff, who were extremely kind and helpful. We had a few extra wishes considering check-in and room arrangements and they were very cooperating, patient and generally great. All in all, a very nice hotel, well worth the price (especially when compared to prices in Torino in general), with superb staff.
