Ok, so after 12 days spent in this hotel, let ne summarize and possibly to help someone who might make wrong decision like me: 1. Long wait on arrival – On the first day, the check-in process was unusually slow, even if they saw we are family with tolder and baby, which left a poor initial impression. 2. Room conditions – The assigned room was dark and cold, lacking sufficient natural light and comfort. They told me it is upgraded, and that is because we waited, however that was not true. 3. Hygiene issues – We noticed insects (worms) in the room after 3 days which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. 4. Safety hazard – A nail was found in the beach sand, posing a potential danger to guests, especially children. 5. Repetitive food selection – The meals were monotonous and lacked variety, especially in terms of fresh and local options. 6. Unclean and poorly washed tableware – The tableware in the main restaurant is often insufficiently cleaned. I frequently came across dirty or greasy plates, soup bowls, and spoons during meal times, which is unacceptable from both a hygiene and guest experience perspective. 7. Severe crowding during dinner – At dinner time (around 8 PM), the restaurant was so overcrowded that my husband, our two small children, and I couldn’t find a place to sit. The area was very dirty and disorganized, making the dining experience stressful and uncomfortable. 8. Language barrier – Many staff members do not speak English, making it difficult to communicate basic needs or receive assistance. This is especially issue in restarurants and hotel bars, they do not understand what do you need or what and how to make. 9. Damaged pool equipment – Several umbrellas by the pool were broken and could not be used, reducing guest comfort. 10. Hotel aesthetics – The hotel’s general appearance and upkeep are far below the standard expected for this price range. 11. Snack and ice cream service – The availability and timing of snack and ice cream options are poorly structured and inconvenient for families with children. 12. Unpleasant experience on the last day (June 25th, early morning) – At 5:00 AM in the snack bar, a staff member refused to allow my husband to take two sandwiches for our children. This led to an argument and prolonged explanation that we were still entitled to all-inclusive service, and that we needed the food as our children are small and the airport is 1,5 hour ride with stops. Unfortunately, this is just one example of how basic requests here often require stress and escalation to be resolved. I am so sorry I spent my holiday with kids in this hotel with such a service. I will never come here again and would advice everyone who are thinking about this hotel to AVOID!
