周邊環境很差，蚊子滿天飛，街上又臟又臭。 酒店房間衞生還可以，床上用品都起球啦😂。 電梯很小，有點怕自己被關裏面。 早上七八點還沒睡醒就有工作人員來敲門然後自己用鑰匙把門打開了！！！嚇我一跳。 前台可以打印資料

酒店位置不錯，靠近火車站，去蘇塞方便。酒店很新，房間雖然不大，但設施齊全，乾淨整潔，洗澡熱水充沛。員工非常熱情，進門就上咖啡，退房主動幫忙叫出租車。

Très bonne emplacement. Pratique pour une visite rapide de Tunis et une dernière nuit avant de décoller de TUN.

酒店在突尼斯市中心老城麥迪娜旁邊，非常方便，酒店服務態度特別好，除了早餐，還有額外給椰棗，免費的。

除了周邊環境不怎麼好外。其它都不錯

Stayed for one night. Family of 4. Arrived late at night after delayed flight but reception very accommodating. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Modern facilities. Breakfast nice. Receptionist in morning very helpful in arranging taxi to Sidi bou said. Free left luggage facility. Very central location down quiet side street. Would definitely stay again if visiting Tunis.

I made a booking at this hotel on Booking. Our flight was canceled, so I messaged them and told them we would be arriving the next day. I made it clear that I still wanted to keep the reservation, and they replied saying "yes, sure". I arrived in Tunis the next day, and found out they canceled the reservation. When I asked about it, they said the employee who replied to my message probably didn't understand what I meant, which was very frustrating. If the employee did not understand what I meant, he could have simply asked or said anything, but he made me feel reassured that we would find a room although the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. We had to go to another hotel, but I still think they did not handle the situation the right way, they were not even apologetic. They took the issue so lightly and just blamed it on an employee who did not understand English!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Suisse Hotel in Tunis, opting for a single bedroom during my visit. Situated in the bustling center of Tunis, the location of the hotel is undoubtedly one of its strongest assets. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. However, as a traveler who values convenience, I couldn’t help but notice the absence of a kettle and hairdryer in the room.

Very nice small hotel with super friendly staff. Extra credit for the cleniness of the property, room, lobby etc.

I liked the location and the staff at this hotel. I disliked the basic rooms, lack of hairdryer, poor amenities and lack of soundproof. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its central location was convenient for accessing city amenities. Check-in was efficient, and payment with a card was accepted. Staff was amazing, very kind and professional, always smiling and ready to help. However, the rooms are basic, lacking soundproofing. I could hear water flowing through pipes, noise from breakfast preparation, and experienced a persistent humming from the ceiling in room 101, possibly from the air conditioning. After relocating to room 401, the lack of noise improved, though bring your earplugs. There is a space under your door and you can hear your neighbors closing doors, walking, breathing. The breakfast selection was minimal, consisting mainly of bread, butter, one egg, kids juice, coffee and milk. On the last night, the elevator was out of order, causing disruptive noise until morning. The lack of amenities and noise disturbances affected the overall quality of my stay. Despite the convenient location, clean rooms, the value for money was questionable.

Très joli petit hôtel situé près de la gare mais absolument calme, pas un bruit de la ville. Jolies petites chambre fonctionnelles. A relever la gentillesse exemplaire du personnel. Hôtel chaudement recommandé pour un séjour en ville.

Hôtel propre et calme. Pratique car dans le centre ville et proche du souk et des transports en commun. Personnels souriants et disponibles. Deux terrasses sont mis à disposition de la clientèle. Par contre les chambres sont un peu petites, les suites sont surcotées, pour exemple la suite 4 couchages est une chambre de 2 "un peu plus grande" avec une banquette et un lit pliant d'appoint en plus d'un lit double.
