Hotel Milam, Michelin Key Winner

Breathtaking! This resort is my most favorite of all. Celebrated my husband birthday here and it was nothing short of amazing. The plunge pool in the room is everything! Perfect for couples, they served us drinks and finger food while in the plunge pool, we literally didn’t have to move. The staff here literally spoils you. I can’t wait to go back

The experience was disappointing. The location is poor, the shower had cold water, the outdoor pool was very dirty, the air conditioner was leaking water, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The villa itself is beautiful and well-designed, but there are several issues: the water heater only provides hot water for about 3 minutes, so you’ll need to take very quick showers and wait 15 minutes before the next one. The air conditioner drips water, and there’s moisture on the stone floors. The outdoor pool is extremely dirty, filled with branches, leaves, dirt, and insects. It’s not cleaned regularly, so you won’t want to swim in it. It’s a shame. The location is inconvenient, about a 20-minute drive to the beach area. Taxis in Tulum are very expensive, charging around $35 each way. Breakfast is served in a restaurant, but unfortunately, not all menu items are included—dishes like avocado toast and eggs Benedict are not part of the offering. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell below our expectations.

L’hôtel est somptueux ! Tout ce qu’on aime ! Le fait qu’il soit neuf lui confère une atmosphère calme et sereine qui répond à nos attentes. La décoration est minutieuse et de très bon goût. Ça nous plonge dans un univers bohème et chic. La chambre d’hôtel était la plus belle de tous les temps ! La piscine privé au centre de la pièce était des plus agréable. Le manageur Patrick que nous avons rencontré a su répondre parfaitement à nos demandes et à tout mis en œuvre pour assurer un service de qualité au delà de nos espérances. Le personnel était des plus charmant et chaleureux. Ils nous ont même réservés les activités que nous souhaitions faire et également les transferts en taxi. Merci énormément à Patrick et son équipe d’être autant aux petits soins de ses clients et de pouvoir nous faire vivre une expérience exceptionnelle. Allez y les yeux fermés !
