I am staying at about 10 hotels per year for many years and normally I don't write many reviews, but when you get treated like sh't, it is hard not to say something, hoping it will help someone to stay away or will fire someone. It was a worst stay of my life. While location was good and actual room was ok, people made this experience horrible. I was yelled at by their Sales director (maybe general manager, they used both titles but no names were given). I have never been bullied before but now i know how it feels. I wasn't sure if i should be calling police or just leave. I left. People at front desk were ok, but management shouldn't be in hospitality industry. Besides that, it took 3 days and numerous reminders to get a new remote and to fix electronics in the room, cause everything was tangled up on the floor. Took 2 reminders to fixed the plugged toilet. I have heard same type of complaints from other guests, so not just me. Do yourself a favor, stay away
