Minsk Hotels - Extended Stay, I-10 Tucson Airport

Estoy muy molesto, estoy afuera del hotel y no hay nadie. El guardia de seguridad dice que el staff vendrá a las 8 am y necesito un lugar para dormir y nadie me pueda dar mi habitación, el hotel literal está cerrado: Estoy muy molesto.

I started off having the worst experience from the get go. I was unloading my car when a lady had come to talk to me. She started first thing about pills, if I wanted to buy some. In front of my kids. I shooed her off and check in. Later I go to the front desk and guess who's behind the counter, yep the pill lady, Amanda. So I start fishing for stuff casual chit chat. Turns out she's selling all kinds of narcotics, even trying to pimp out some girls to me. No thanks. I called management and left a message but no reply. So I'll just leave reviews.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in need of a room for 5 weeks before my new apt was available. This was the cheapest place I could find in Tucson and now I know why. This place is trashy and the management doesn't care. ***** are all over the area, and I mean all over. I found a cap to a needle in my room under the bed. I was offered everything from ****, crack, meth, coke, heroine, blues (fentanyl), really anything you could think of. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! The staff acts like they care but really its all about the $$$. One person staying there was obviously strung out on something but were there when I checked in and still there when I left 3 weeks later. (yes i had to wait 5 weeks before my place was ready but after 3 weeks I decided to pay a little more and sleep one night in my car to make up the difference) Yet, Another couple I knew that had been staying there for a couple months got kicked out when they couldn't come up with 40 bucks for another week, this was a Thursday and he said he could pay the 40 and a late fee if they help him out till he got paid on Friday but that wasn't acceptable. (And the Manager would not accept me paying the 40 bucks on my card) Why I don't know. The manager saw me smoking while talking to 2 other guest who were staying there, the next day when I went to pay the manager basically accused me of doing ***** because the other people apparently do them. (I don't know if they do or don't as I didn't know them before then, but if they were why did they allow them to stay?) I got pretty hot with the manager and he backed down but very rude. The whole 3 weeks I was there not 1 time did a maid ever show up to clean the room. They blamed this on Covid but if you look at the property you can tell they just don't care. If I wanted new towels or bed sheets I would have to hunt down a staff member in the morning because apparently the staff at night doesn't have access to them?!?!?? Really I could go on for awhile about this place but I'm pretty sure you got the picture. If you desperate then I suppose it does have a roof over your head but double check to make sure they haven't removed that as well ;) lol It is located right next to the highway, which I guess is nice since your gonna want to get the hell out of there as fast as possible. Does have free Wi-Fi if you happen to get a room close enough to the office. You can see the quality of the room I was in by looking at the pictures (which are not uploading yet but going to keep trying). Keep in mind this was the 3rd room. The first one was filthy. Got a 2nd room which seemed ok till about 6pm when the cockroaches started coming out. Killed about 30 to 40 of them in the next 3 hours and then asked for a new room again. Somehow this room didn't have bugs which is amazing given how large the gap under the front door was. OH YES I ALMOST FORGOT!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANY REASON! You can do your deposit
