Dirty blankets. Dirty towels , stains in towels and bed sheets. Dirty carpet. The worts Hotel ever!!😡

The hotel was ok, however it was really different from what the pictures advertise. Furniture is old and they had events going on campus hotel that guest were NOT notified off so it was certainly busy.

Best kept old structure. Renovations would be of great addition to the property, but staff is excellent.

The hotel is on the freeway but rooms are also in the back. We were given a room on the freeway side. Very loud. The TV did not work. We called the front desk and were told the maintenance man would be around to fix it. All of the TVs were not working we were told. I think their cable was not working at the whole place. Never saw a maintenance man. The phone in the room just kept ringing so we had to unplug it. The hotel was getting ready for a gem conference so the whole place was filled with tents. You walked out your door to big tents. The pictures are not at all what the hotel looks like nor the rooms. No fluffy comforters, one cheap blanket, two horrible pillows on a king bed. We will not ever stay at a Red Lion again

Great stay, room was clean, very nice inside room, and staff was friendly and the workers outside! My only complaint which doest change my experience, is i couldnt mirror my phone to TV to watch movies. Please upgrade, or offer payper view 🙌, im going back to tucson this week and will more then likely stay here again! Thank you for being affordable and great place to stay!

The rooms smell like pee, throw up and poop all together. This place stinks so so bad that it made me throw up the first night i stayed there.

Very rude employees property very dirty surroundings very unsafe, and the staff do not communicate with you whatsoever

One of the Heating units was broken Towel rack was on the floor Someone was yelling for Felicia at 2am Work crew started at 730am

This property is dirty and unsafe. The property allows homeless people to loiter. The TV did not work. The room was noisy because my room faced the freeway. The carpet was dirty, visibly dirty. Tiles in the bathroom floor were loose and were a hazard. Housekeeping did not clean our room for what reason I don't know. We did not leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The staff was rude with the exception of Friday's morning crew who were very nice and professional. We left Saturday morning at 6 a.m., we recovered our $50 deposit, and the lady at the front desk did not even thank us for our stay and acted as if we were making her go above and beyond. To be honest, it was a really unfortunate experience and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who is expecting even the the most minimal customer service. *******, I finally realized, will not resolve any issue that the customer has with the hotel. ******* is only a payment platform and does not fix any problems. I have had other issues in the past and ******* has never found solutions. I would recommend to folks that they make reservations directly with the hotels so that when there is a problem the hotel brand or reservation system takes responsibility and can take some kind of action and resolve problems. The answer from ******* is always "we can't do anything."
