Arrived in Sa Pa at around 6am, and the hotel personnel graciously allowed us to use one of the spa rooms to freshen up and change into clean clothes as we spent the night travelling in a sleeper bus. We left the hotel, had breakfast and at around 11am, they called us up to let us know that we can already check in- since our room was ready ;-) great service indeed! Ms. Chantelle at the reception is a gem! Helped us book our Fansipan tickets, as well as our transpo to the bus station when it was time for us to go back to Hanoi. After a long day travelling and walking around Sa Pa, it was great to come back to this hotel- plus they have spa services. Highly recommended hotel and spa!

I cannot rate this place high enough. The service was amazing the room was clean and quiet and the massage and herbal spa was fantastic.

The best massage in Sapa! I strongly recommend. The massage was excellent, staff are friendly, relaxing atmosphere and I could shower too. Location is also very good. 진짜 강추합니다. 마사지도 너무 훌륭하고, 분위기도 진짜 완전 릴렉싱! 마사지 끝나고 바로 샤워할 수 있는것도 너무 좋았어요. 감사합니다.

Great service! Perfect experience, very relaxing and charming atmosphere. Recommend it after a long day of hiking. Rooms for 2 persons very luxurious. Very professional massages for full body. Clean sauna et amazing herbal bathes. Go there during your stay

Das Hotel ist zunächst erstmal ordentlich und die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Der Service dort lässt allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmerkarte wird einem in die Hand gedrückt und man kann sich mit Gepäck auf die Suche machen. Keine Nachfrage, ob man für die Zeit dort Aktivitäten geplant hat und eventuell Infos braucht: Die Seilbahn zum Fansipan war aufgrund von Wartung geschlossen. Dies erfuhren wir durch Zufall am selben Tag aus dem Internet, vom Hotel kein Wort darüber. Die Zimmermädchen haben nur die Bettdecke grade gemacht, Müll wurde stehen gelassen. Der Boden der Toilette unten im Spa ist mit Wasser überflutet und echt unangenehm. Für angebliche 4 Sterne ist das eine schwache Leistung.
