Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service.
Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired.
Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

Had a great service and wonderful food and was served by the beautiful and lovely Nishta who served us a very delicious choolate and coffee cake. Nishta also made sure we were very comfortable and was very professional, accomodating and very sweet. I will definitely come back for the great hospitality, the great vibe and looking forward to be served by Nishta again. From Darshi and Kanishka

We were there on 17th April 2024. We spent a nice time. The food was enjoyable, appetising, exquisite, value for money. The staffs are very welcoming specially Ridwaan, Yash and two more whom I did not notice their names. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Love staying at this hotel.The rooms are amazing as well as the view of the harbour. Food and service is always good. The staff are amazing. Tricia, Keshav, Sanjevv and Jonathan have looked after during my stay and ensured that the service at the restaurant was top notch…

Wonderful experience in this Gorgeous hotel. In the heart of Port louis the view is spectacular, excellent service from front desk from housekeeping even the restaurant. Absolutely recommend this hotel for business or holiday it is excellent

What an exceptional hospitality I received from this 5star hotel. Their food is amazing and the stuff is friendly. I’d recommend this hotel and their restaurant and I would return here at any given chance. I rate them 10/10. As a South African, the restaurant stuff recommended some nice food that I’ve never had back in Mzansi.
