La seconde réservation a été purement et simplement refusée par le propriétaire car le délai était dépassé concernant Smartbox, je lui ai demandé comment faire pour réserver à nouveau chez lui, à quoi il m'a répondu de me débrouiller avec eux. Je pense que ce commerçant devrait changer de métier et que Smartbox doit se méfier de ce genre de personne qui entâche leur réputation. Nous sommes des clients de Smartbox ( 4ème séjour).

Réservation avec une smartbox pour une nuit. Ce monsieur n'avait soit disant pas de réservation. Puis il a finit par nous dire qu'il était fermé et finalement en travaux. A fuir absolument, mauvaise foi.

Aucuns scrupules pour ce Mr d empocher l argent de notre smart box ( avions dû annuler cause confinement) il n as aucunement chercher à trouver un arrangement ! Et smart box non plus! Qui se plient aux exigences de cet hôte ! Un seul mot ! " FUYEZ !"

mars 2020 je possède une carte wonderbox et je réserve pour septembre 2020 . Juin 2020 j'annule par téléphone au propriétaire la réservation pour cause covid . Janvier 2022 j'apprends sur le site wonderbox que ma carte a été utilisée. Wonderbox me donne les coordonnées de café couette . le propriétaire dit qu'il ne peut rien faire . Wonderbox se plie aux règles de leur collaborateur . moralité le propriétaire empoche 229€ sans rien foutre . aucune solution . aucun geste commercial , ça été la parole de l'un contre parole de l'autre . Ce Mr etait d'une froideur et peu cooperatif . Est ce du vol ? est ce de la malhonnêteté ? bref à vous de voir ....
