Tre Merli Beach Hotel

Despite requesting a quiet room away from the road more than a month in advance, I was assigned a room right next to the road. They told me that all the standard rooms faced the road, but they didn't provide me with this information before my arrival. From the room, the constant noise of traffic was audible even during the night. Additionally, there were continuous creaks in the wooden ceiling of the room. The room was dirty, with the toilet brush fallen and water spilled around the bathroom. Furthermore, there were ants on the sofa bed. While there was a coffee machine in the room, but they charged 2 euros for each capsule of Illy coffee. Such low-quality coffee should be complimentary. A sign on the refrigerator prohibited personal use. From the common terrace/solarium, you could hear the noise of the train, traffic, voices of neighbors, and sports activities from the nearby Circolo Marina Mercantile. Additionally, when it was windy, they refused to open the umbrellas, and there were no shaded areas. There was no beach; instead, there was only access to the water from a cement area with a ramp and a staircase, leading to an area of deep water with large rocks. In the afternoons, they asked us to fill out a paper with our breakfast preferences (how much of each food we wanted) for the next day. Nonetheless, the breakfast service was slow and disorganized. In my opinion, all of these issues are unacceptable for accommodation, especially considering the price of 328.40 euros for 2 nights.

We stayed with my wife between the 3rd and 13th of July. We had the junior appartment. It was a very nice bungalow with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms even there is a mezzanine and it overlooks the sea. The building has outstanding noise insulation. The staff was very kind and extraordinarily service oriented. Whatever we requested they delivered immediatelly. Once I complained to the Head receptionist, Alberto that the mattress is already very soft, He said a new was coming. First I thought he just wanted to make me quiet but before our last night it really did arrive. We had many questions and requests to him and he delivered and answered each one with the kindest of smile. At breakfast Nicole payed extra attention what the guests ordered. If we changed our mind after serving the meals and wanted something different, she just brought what we wanted with smile, joy and served us and every other guest with cheerfullness and plenty of energy. The Hotels' restaurant was extremely good as well. The meals were delicious. Josip the Head waiter always discussed with the guests their orders in detail and in cases recommended amendments but if the guest insisted he still remained happy, smiling and keen to serve so the guests never felt any remorse. All in all our experience was unforgetabla. Of course there were things which could be improved like the bread or croissant but the human touch was so good that it compensated and we didn't bother too much with these.

A very quaint Hotel right in the seaside. I was able to walk right up and touch the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast items are limited, but the food was good! We definitely enjoyed our stay. One note...if you want to eat lunch or dinner at the restaurant, you need to put in reservations with the front desk.

Excellent all around but parking lot is small and difficult to get out of the parking lot becasue of oncoming traffic. They also need to upgrade their wifi.

Nicht nur Papier ist bekanntlich geduldig, auch auf einer Website läßt sich verschleiern, dass manche Zimmer einer Unterkunft weit unter der vorgespiegelten Qualität liegen. Im Falle des Tre Merli Beach Hotels liegt ein Teil der Standard Zimmer an der hinteren Schmalseite des Hotelkomplexes, von der vierspurigen Viale Miramare nur durch eine Bretterwand getrennt. Dazu kommt, dass die hohe Holzdecke immer wieder abrupt, laut krachende Geräusche von sich gibt, die einen in der Rast nach der Anreise aufschrecken. Da ist es wieder gut, dass man aufgrund des Verkehrslärms noch gar nicht eingeschlafen war. Zudem roch unser Bad, und damit auch das winzige Zimmer, wie eine schlecht gewartete Toilette, was anscheinend bekannt war, da ein Raumparfum aufgestellt war, das gegen den Geruch allerdings machtlos war. Wir waren zu viert in zwei Zimmern und hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, geblieben sind wir nur zwei Stunden. Trotz Reklamation der Missstände mussten wir die ersten Nächte zur Gänze bezahlen. Auf meine Antwort, dass ich das nicht in Ordnung fände, beschied mir die Rezeptionistin: "You can write something on tripadvisor", so als ob das eine Generallösung wäre. Es mag vielleicht auch Zimmer geben, in denen es sich aushalten lässt, abgesehen von der Holzdecke, die wohl überall kracht. Aber der Ungeist in diesem Hotel ist ein generelles Phänomen und hat mit qualitätsvoller Gastfreundschaft wenig zu tun. Ich hätte vorher explizit die negativen Bewertungen lesen sollen, dazu möchten wir hiermit raten. Vier italophile Reisende

Kleines Hotel mit Terrasse am Meer inklusive direktem Zugang zum Meer. Eigener Parkplatz. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite, de facto zwei verbundene DZ mit jeweils einem Bad, im zweiten DZ war eine Couch statt eines Bettes. Wohl das einzige Zimmer, dass direkten Meerblick hat, dafür von der Terrasse einsehbar. Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert, gut, aber nicht herausragend. Freundliches Personal. Mit dem Bus kommt man schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt (aber auch ein Taxi ist nicht teuer).

Prenotato una camera vista mare.Camera davvero minuscola,pulizia mediocre, camera poco curata,l'acqua nella doccia non scendeva,insonorizzazione completamente assente!!!Non abbiamo dormito per niente,perché abbiamo assistito per ore ad una notte di fuoco tra due amanti.Colazione deludente.Tutto molto deludente.Unica nota positiva la gentilezza di tutto il personale.

albergo in una bella posizione, piedi nel mare, ma camera microscopica ,scarsamente illuminata anche perché una abat jour non si accendeva. nel bagno anche i sanitari sono in formato mignon, il rubinetto del lavandino che perdeva e il bidet troppo vicino al wc, scomodo e basculante perché non cementato. nessun servizio in camera . veramente deludente e sconsigliato.

Nous avons passé un super séjour le personnel est très accueillant très à l’écoute malgré mon italien très approximatif . L’établissement est très propre le cadre magnifique . Le resto est un peu cher mais très bon .
