Great location surrounding the restaurant.
One thing needs to improve is if the bunk bed is more solid. It looks not secured and safe.

We had a nice stay in Urban hotel. When we came they upgraded our room so we had more spacious room. The receptionist took keys of my car and until we were leaving home I did not had to think about it any time. Breakfast was really good and what I liked a lot is location which is perfect. Definitely my hotel again when I come back in Trieste.

Nice, clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, convenient location. Only issue is noisy at nice due to restaurants downstairs.

The receptionist (Juliana?) was absolutely fantastic. So welcoming and friendly, with excellent dining suggestions according to our dietary requirements. A credit to the company.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice place to stay. Would most certainly stay again if ever returned. Breakfast was fresh n delish

Generally speaking, nice, however, some things missing:
+ extremely friendly team
+ clean
+ very central location
+ after check-in, you can find two free water bottles in the room ((would be nice if they were refilled daily, of course, but at least something :))
- there is no place in front of the hotel to unload the car. There are two parking spaces reserved for the hotel as "short term parking zone", but apparently the employees park there.
- There is a modern, nice, large TV in the room, but the "smart" options are turned off and you can't connect to the TV via Wi-Fi (i.e. no way to watch Netflix, for example). VA if you stay for a longer period in Trieste and want to just "netlix & chill" one evening, this is not possible. Furthermore, the TV channels are all Italian.
- for this type of hotel, I find the price too high (price-performance ratio does not match)
- quite loud at night on weekends (noise comes from the street)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, They very kindly upgraded us to their suite since we only stayed for one night. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Top of the line experience overall.
