Enjoy a long list of brews at Sea dog brewery , Shrimpys on the inter coastal and the world famous Kitiki Beach Bar and music venue are a short walk away as well. Within a 5 min drive guest can enjoy a variety of shopping, water sports and dining at Johns Pass or St Pete Beach. Treasureisland offers all types of water activities including: Parasailing, boating, fishing, jet ski rentals , sunset cruises or enjoy a dolphin watch. This Townehome is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Whole house filtration and water softening has been installed and in an effort to lessen our carbon foot print a state of the art water filtration cooler is in the unit. So there is no need to purchase bottled water during your stay. The first level provides an open floor plan with panoramic views from the living room , kitchen and dining area. A half bath with a full washer and dryer are on the first floor as well. The master bedroom and second bedroom on the top level exudes luxury and beachside charm. Let go of your cares while you fall asleep listening to the waves in our comfortable beds adorned with luxury linens. The master bedroom has its own bath room and shower. A full bath room and third bedroom are included on the second level. Our spacious decks on each level provide additional outdoor space for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. At times you can watch dolphins swimming by.
