The dock was just redone in composite decking with bench seating. You can relax on the patio and watch dolphin and manatee swim daily! A 5 minute walk and you are on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. White sandy beaches and pristine waters make leaving here difficult to do! A short drive and you are at Clearwater Beach, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Madeira Beach, Bradenton, Sarasota and so much more! The condo offers many amenities such as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, a covered patio with patio furniture, tv's with cable and internet, washing machine and dryer and more. French doors open up to the outside where all the views and relaxation take your mind off of work and onto vacation!
