There are two aspects of this place that I find quite unfavorable. First, the shower water temperature is inconsistent, often vacillating between uncomfortably cold and scalding hot, with minimal adjustability. This makes it nearly impossible to enjoy a typical shower. Second, there's a disturbance when guests in neighboring rooms flush their toilets, resulting in a rather loud gurgling noise from our own. Due to these two issues, I wouldn't recommend this place to others. People in the front desk is not very helpful or friendly.

Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean and the hotel was very quiet. Location was very convenient to downtown

The property was nice, but sadly the pool wasn't available to use and that was our main reason for staying.

I booked a queen bed in a normal room, they put me in a handicap room with a small bed. Loud fan in bathroom, loud heater too.

After a sleepless first night the staff didn’t hesitate to give us a new room. We were much more comfortable and rested well.

The only thing was when I checked in, I was told there was a $200 deposit per room per night for locals… Wish I would have known that before I booked..

The pool was fun with the color changes and calming. Breakfast was really good with many options. Definitely staying again
