Lovely older home 4 blocks from town recently renovated. Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. The house is close to the Music Center and only 4 short blocks from the center of town so you can walk to great restaurants, shops and breweries. Ride right from the house to Bracken Mountain in 5 min! Ride to Pisgah forest and breweries on the Greenway right from the house! What? Yes, that is what we said.Walk a few blocks to the Lumberyard district which includes a brewery, restaurants and our favorite bike shop.The front porch is perfect for your morning coffee and evening beverages. The kitchen is set with all the things you need including Alexa, there is WI-FI, smart TVs(Netflix, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime) and a washer and dryer. Perfect storage for mountain bikes and gear and a bike wash station.Need a little separation? Kids or mom and dad driving you nuts? That’s ok, we designed the house with this in mind. Downstairs is newly renovated with great area for watching TV and movies and a bedroom and full bath.Please note we do have external security cameras(outside) to assist with check in if needed and secure our home if we are not there. Hello, I'm Roger and my wife is Michelle. We both welcome you to our cozy little home away from home. Our house is a 2-story house with all bedrooms and full baths on the second floor. It is located approximately 3 miles from shopping at the lovely downtown Brevard. You can drive or for the cycling enthusiasts, the bike path to town is about a 1/4 mile from the house. This features a nice little stroll through places not viewable from the main highways also on the bike path, where you can access the Pisgah national forest. The Forest is a short ride, and on this ride, you'll pass by ECUSTA BREWERY one of our many local breweries with local made beer and delicious food. We are also located within 1 mile of the entrance to Camp Carolina. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry area, cozy back yard with a flowing stream and fire pit area to enjoy the sounds of the water trickling over the rocks for an evening of relaxation!! For all bike enthusiasts we also have shed in the rear of the house with a sidewalk leading to it to lock up your bikes. Also, for the convenience of our guests, we have chosen to keep the rental rate at 1 price 7 days a week!!! No need to book your stay based on price changes for weekends and holidays. Bring your family and furry family members to enjoy this charming 1930's Craftsman completely renovated home near downtown with 3 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms, a back patio, front and back porches with rocking chairs in a lovely neighborhood with a fully fenced in yard. There are countless flowers and trees in the Monarch Butterfly Waystation yard so you can enjoy the birds, hummingbirds, butterflies and wildlife while you grill out on the new Weber propane grill . Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio. Inside the home is full of color and happiness. New granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a new Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush Biltmore towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request. Away from the noise of the main highway, but within walking distance of downtown (1/2 mile) and so many delicious restaurants, breweries and cool shops. Then you can come back to "your home away from home" and relax. There is a garage attached to the house for you to use during your stay. There is so much to do in Brevard and the surrounding area!
